Have they fixed any of the various things they broke when they tried to change to an entirely new script mechanism for everything?

Depends on what they broke. Just started playing again with a new file and some things are different from what I remember. Looks like they revamped the bar in hotsprings town, as well as the the guard's office. The well has a structure over the top of it now too.

Haven't gotten far enough to see anything broken yet though.

I've never really bothered with this game because the wiki has had the same info listed for 5 years. I can't tell if nothing is getting added or the wiki isn't getting updated. The world is so huge in this game that I feel like I'd never be able to find anything on my own.

Don't use the wiki, it's not updated. Use the "violatedheroine.referata.com/wiki/Violated_Heroine" instead.

Game is currently still a complete mess of ideas and half-finished projects, think Corruption of Champions but without any kind of editing.

Last I checked it also changed the system in a way that completely fucked with the very premise, you'd get raped twice and suddenly Nanako is an insatiable slut begging for more cocks.

On the scale 1 to 10 I'd say 2(maybe 3?) Theres not much change (not that i know of), she got hotspring scene inn keeper scene (pregnancy etc), the human toilet, the 2 little boy and her mother.
I think thats it? (Could be wrong haven't play this game for a while)

To be fair, "putting characters in existing scenes" adds a fair bit of content to the game, and helps making the game actually playable with characters other than Nanako.

Yes but it's so broken it doesn't really add anything.
The below is what broke the game IMO. Several years ago those stats were working very nicely and made the game fun.

Last I checked it also changed the system in a way that completely fucked with the very premise, you'd get raped twice and suddenly Nanako is an insatiable slut begging for more cocks.

I'm talking about the 'Katteban' version, it's got some scenes which I've randomly found through the save files it's already got, but the game break quite hard at some points, so I was wondering if anyone knew of all the scenes there are, or could direct me to a page that has a list or anything of the sort.

A lot of the scenes you can view by using the debug option, going into the debug room (it's a staircase going downwards) and then into the event room (book, I think?). But there are probably more scenes than the event room shows, I know/think I found at least one following the main quest.

A lot of the stuff is broken (tried following the escort quest only to get stuck), which is a shame since I prefer the katteban version over the original one, the scenes are far more dark.

As far as I've gathered, there are no "new" scenes in katteban, only modified ones, so the guide for the original version would work, if the original version wasn't far ahead of katteban updates-wise.

I figured as much. BUT RPG Makers official download area. doesn't have 2000 they only had 2003 and above which is why I was confuzzled.
