Re: Monster Girl Quest
Well the sword was a fake, but we also don't have the details. It's completely possible that at the time the sword was forged, there was a weak monster-lord in power that would have been beaten. Also, it's possible that the sword was never meant for that purpose, that it was merely glorified by human legends.
Also, even Alice noted that Illias was a god, so I don't think she's a fake. Oh, not to burst some bubbles, but it was actually mentioned that the fallen one was the first monster-lord, who vanished later on, Alice saying, probably because she had no clue herself, that he returned to heaven, though it's entirely possible that he's related to Luka, whether as a ancestor, a sealed form, or even a reincarnation.
Let's be honest here, everyone with half a braincell could guess that Luka is in some way related to divinity on the fallen side. I mean humanity says the first monster-lord was an angel that betrayed Illias, and neutrally speaking that could even be true. Illias looks like an angel, and Alice really only said that the first ML was equal to Illias. Really, the techniques sleeping Luka used do seem to often share a topic (Fallen Angel Dance, Heavenly Demon Revival, Daystar (that one is actually a bit amusing, if one knows Lucifer's title) even Ninefold Rakshasa), though the mystery around Luka seems complex. His mother knowing elves, said elves immediately recognizing the ring and getting a lot friendlier, so we really don't know anything.
On a different note, there's still no news on the precise release-date of the second game, at least none that we can read, is there? I mean I know what the last two elementals look like, and the final general, but that only makes me more curious. On a different note, am I the only one that, with the last general's description, wonders if Luka's first fight might come back to haunt him here?
