Well, this one is hard. I would say that Misao would be the only acceptable one...HOWEVER... this game actually got a US release back in '97, so I'm not sure.
You're probably right, Misao would be the most likely acceptable one.
Which is ironic, since one of the argument against pedophiles is that children doesn't have the mental capacity to know what's right or wrong and thus can't refuse 'adults'.
So Misao would've been the perfect example of that, but nope the others look loli and that's all that matters (actually, I wouldn't be surprise some anti-lolis will demand all of those being unacceptable, Misao for mental age and the other two for appearance)

The update was allowing human enemies to rape your character when they're naked. (which speed up with each times said enemy get a turn, until finish which has a cut-in)
It pretty much just lock your character there, can be rescued by hitting the raping enemy with another character.
Although the author said there's no demerit yet, I guess that might implies getting raped can lower your stats (like how you get random stat bonus during combat)
