I'm pretty sure I've scoured this thread and not found anything but.

After the first fight with the spider I get the error that it can't find an image and crashes. Am I missing a part of the download or something?

I'm uploading a new version with that fixed.



I tested and it works alright but speed skipping the first day seems to cause some extra dialogue about sleep to appear in the hub. I'll have to check on
that sometime (doesn't seem to be a game stopper though).
[At worst it might skip a day of pregnancy, which would actually speed things along a bit. You might be extra hungry/thirsty though]


If you have a saved game you can transfer it to the new folder and it should work.

I will have the primary links updated momentarily.

Links in first post are updated. Again, sorry to everyone.

Pretty sure my version is outdated and that the link above fixes this issue(downloading above version now to test) But my version gives an error after the spider rapes you. This crashes the game.

"Unable to find file Graphics/Characters/Gallery_11419_57_21372."

Will update the post after trying the new updated link in above post.

If you have a save just before this happens you should be able to copy/paste it to the new game folder.

Sorry about this issue. I had renamed the succubus' face file and forgot to go and change the dialogue events. I wish RPG maker would just substitute a red X or something when that happens.

I'm not really satisfied with her lack of expressions so I will probably redo her face later. Every time I use the facemaker I learn new ways to make the faces look more expressive. Too bad most of the faces look so similar, but most of the noses, cheeks, etc.. just don't look right. xP

On day 1 there are some tree's that are split in half (floating top and half cut bottoms)

Being able to skip or speed up the rape scenes would be nice, getting stuck with 1 hp and bumping into everything because you're out of light makes a long walk.

Also is there away to exit a dungeon without having to find the exit all the time?
the holes that the fairy can't pass even though she has wings are weird. :p

The woman in the hideout tells me to come back tomorrow, but door remains locked.

Is it possible to find water yet ? (for the bucket)

You can cast the wand charge in the dungeon, but it won't charge.
- nvm the wand disapears if it gets to 0

Hmm.. I agree. I find it to be annoying in the VH game as well, when you want to skip long scenes. I think I'll add a piece of equipment that will skip all rape scenes.

Should I also add a 'teleport home' type item? I've been thinking of doing so, but also disallow its use inside a boss room (because it would most likely make crazy things happen xD).
I'll try to add something like that in a box in her room for the next release.

I think of her wings as more of an "assist". She can hover, I guess (spikes won't kill her if she stands on them, but will if she walks onto them).
Besides, she could possibly (maybe) fly out of the abyss she's been thrown in if she were capable of flight. xD

Some enemies will drop water and it is also possible to find it in crates. You can also use the alchemy set in Sienna's room to process plant leaves for water.

Is there still any problem with the wand? It's suppose to give you the MP back if the spell does nothing.
Edit: I see. I had no failsafe for when there is no weapon equipped. In future versions you should get a message telling you that you need to have a wand equipped and you will get the MP back.

Edit 2: Forgot to mention, you can buy a new wand from the merchant that's a bit below your room for a few gems.

And also I haven't worked much with the people in the hideout so they won't really have do-able quests yet, or much to say.
I need to add a daily counter that will unlock her door (if she chose to lock it the day before).

Edit 3: Finished making the amulet to skip rape scenes. It will also bestow immunity to fear.
It won't completely skip the scene but it will be much (95%) shorter. All effects will still be applied, you just won't see much happen. xP

Add some images or videos to the main post? People like to see what they may be potentially downloading. It's a good way to get people interested. I personally don't download anything without those kinds of things shown. You may also wants to put old/outdated information in your first post in spoiler tags, your post is kind of messy.

Done.

Just a quick note about bosses. Please be sure to grab the key item before you leave. If you leave the room and come back it could end up in a different location, sometimes unreachable. In future versions you won't be able to leave until you grab the item.

And yes, every boss will drop a key item. Some are currently useless (no actual item, but it is tracked) but will have a purpose later on.

Instead of a go home item that you can't use in dungeons, maybe add some torches in the dungeon that can serve as a guide towards the exit?
Being stuck in dungeons is when you need the help the most (i suck at remembering where to go).

Just being able to shorten scenes is nice, i don't think there is a need to make her immune from the effects (since the point of the action is that it leaves lasting effects on her i believe?).

Idea: Being able to increase your lamp fuel, carry some extra in a bottle or use magic for light(fire?) could be useful.

I finished the "go home" item yesterday. It will be a spell that costs 1 MP and it will send you back to the bedroom. It can be used anywhere except during a fight and in certain locations (like boss rooms). It will function just outside of a boss chamber (the little room with the save spot), but not once you go past the door.

The necklace won't make her immune to the effects. The immunity to fear will just come into play in fights. Basically so the necklace has a purpose besides skipping rape scenes.

Your maximum lamp fuel can be increased by 25%. The NPC to the far south of your room sells the first upgrade for 100 gold. I'll have more upgrades (findable, buyable, etc..) as the game goes on, but I haven't put them in yet.

And.. that's an interesting idea. I might add a little something about fuel and the fire cantrip, like an option to use some magic to refill the lantern if it is completely empty. Or maybe use magic as a fuel source, but have it provide significantly less light.

The person south in the room (the one that offers gem pouch) has not offered me any lamp upgrades so far, not sure if there are requirements for him to offer it.

When you exit the left dungeon, the light doesn't go back to normal.

Wounds/diseases/infections seem to stack without limit, it's not possible to keep up with the random cloths/antidotes you find.

I tried to process 1 monsterblood, but not sure if i got anything or if it's working (i didnt notice anything).

You're in the hentai games section, about everything is nsfw. (though you shouldnt be playing games at work in the first place) :p

Hmm.. you should have gotten a message about getting one antidote. I'll have to do a bunch of tests on it and see if I did something wrong.

Edit: After testing all 9 possibilities I've found that monster blood does not work at all... Sorry about that. >.<
Leaves work and mushrooms as well. Mushrooms will give you tonics and leaves will give you 1 water and 1 cloth per leaf processed.

Gonna see what I did wrong with the monster blood. Probably mislabelled something.

Edit 2: I'm so confused. xD I'll keep working with it / looking at it until I figure out what I did wrong. Really do not understand why the other ingredients work but blood does not.
Edit 3: The variable used is being increased (9+, preventing the table from processing blood) by some unknown event. Guess I need to hunt it down and squash it.
Edit 4: Couldn't find it. Probably a variable that one of the battle scripts are using so I changed the Alchemy lab to use a different variable.

I just finished thoroughly testing it. Monster blood alchemy should be fixed in the next version.

Just uploaded a slight update.

Oh, the update has a Survival Box in Sienna's room with 25 each of alchemy ingredients, cloth, bread, and water. Thought it might help until I can better balance the lack of loot.

Edit: I hope the new thread title won't alienate people. It's a title I had decided on some time ago but hadn't updated this thread yet.

Edit 2: OUCH! I just realized that the version link was not updated for 4share. My apologies to anyone who re-downloaded the slightly outdated 1B2 version. Again, your saves will be compatible with 1B3.

I was redoing the stamina costs (or rather playing around with the idea) and noticed that I made an error with some of the first day events. You're supposed to be forced to go to bed at 1080 minutes, but this might not happen. Should be fixed with the next release.

I'm going to change fishing. I don't much care for it as it is now. I'm either forced to make it a "get free food" option, limit it to one fish per pond (ick..) or do something else. I just don't quite know what to do with it. I believe it would be most interesting if each spot were unique and respawned a random number per day. This will involve multiple events but I think it will be worth it.

I'm going to change the intro fishing because it just seems too silly.

Just finished work on another sex sprite. Going to try and fix Kendra up a lot over the next few days so that there are at least a few interesting quests to do, as well as NPCs to build a relationship with (friends, lovers, or acquaintance, whatever the player decides).

Been picking through VH sprites and converting them to RPG Maker VX (from 24x32 to 32x32, and proper facing on the appropriate number line).
Basically needed the NPCs for the hangout area. Hopefully I'll have plenty to work with by the time I get finished with this set. xP

I hate making male faces. The facemaker I'm using just doesn't lend itself well to them.
I think I will leave most male faces blank, only use one portrait, or use those other people have made.

It's been a while since I last worked on this. I guess you could say I took a break from it. I never stop thinking about it though.

The next version will shorten the first day and remove the option to skip it. It's meant to be an inconsequential tutorial day, so it should be short.
Time will return to normal after the first day.

The needs maximum amounts will all be doubled. (Nutrition, water, warmth, and hygiene to 1000/1000/250/250).
Stamina is also getting a boost. 100 just doesn't last long enough. When you sleep you get 400 and when you rest you get 200.

I want to add a fuel bar on-screen so you know how much lantern fuel you have left, but I'm not sure if I can do so.
Right now it would be a lot of extra work and also look ugly. I'll revisit this later.

That's all for now. Maybe I can update this to some extent and get it re-uploaded soon. Not much new content though. I think I should playtest it first and re-balance it if needed.

Ugh! It's so glitchy at the end of the first day. The Black Spider encounter messes up so badly... really need to figure out how to fix that. Thought I had, but I guess not.

Finished uploading the next version. You might not notice much new. I'm currently in the process of playtesting it myself and noticed The Black Spider needed fixing. It was quite glitchy. It should work fine now under all circumstances (if you're outside at 1080, etc..).

Currently you can stay inside the caves as long as you wish after 1080 but nobody would want to stay in a dark cave forever. Once you go outside the game will go on to day 2.

I've just started play-testing through my game and I've noticed that it is rather hellishly difficult. :p

It's really dark and I'm quite sure you'd need to literally take out pencil and paper to map the dungeon levels. I noticed that I quickly lose track of where I am after the first level and I made the thing! :eek:

So here's my dilemma. Do I try and make it easier by scouring the RPG Maker VX scripts for a decent mapping script? I doubt one even exists, as the one I tried was complete garbage.

Or do I leave the game as it is? It's difficult, but there's always the pencil and paper. Of course I'm sure that will put off some players.

I also might be able to use events with a map item to show the current area. Might be useless without a flashing dot indicating your current location though.
