Yugi, any chance of translating the in-combat dialogs for the Paralysed/Throb/Pain events, as well as the out-of-combat 'ability gained' conversations?

I'm not Yugi, obviously, but partials usually only handle menu stuff.

I'm under the impression that those are kept somewhere separate from actual in-game dialogue, which is either harder to find or harder to translate.

The four missing icon, I think it was armor/accessory:
Fukan no hōgyoku (Kurea) - An insensitive jewel (Claire)
Fukan no hōgyoku (rūshe) - Insensitive jewels (Lucy)
Fukan no hōgyoku (esuteru) - The insensitive jewel (ester)
Fukan no hōgyoku (ame Ria) - Insensitive jewels (Amelia)
:- Teki kara ukeru kairaku damēji o 1/ 10 ni suru
:- Decrease pleasure damage received from enemies 1/10 (decrease by 10% or decreased to 10%, idk)

For Skill 185:
Mesu (Filly?) -
Kyūshutsu, hi kyūshutsu, furiharau, dasshutsu ga fukanō ni naru
Rescue, rescued, shake off, escape becomes impossible

... Sorry, if I got it wrong...

Alright, figured out what filly was.

The japanese was 牝 which means female (when talking in the context of animals) so something like sow, bitch, or something along those lines.

Makes it so the girl cannot help others out of being captured and cannot be taken out of captured state until the captured state wears off on its own, she can't break free randomly herself either.

When a girl's erosion goes over 10k it triggers the skill to appear.

I did post a full save soon after I posted the original link, but I know that a lot of users don't like to click through more than one page of posts, the lazy bums (note that I still love all of you but the perfectionist in me balks at reposts and extra clutter). I think there's no compatibility problems between different versions of the game and their saves, but I haven't tested it out with the latest one.

I'm using this version you posted in the text file

i have a problem, none of the font is showing and i got a legal bought copy of XP

the game starts then i get a missing something soemthing and it crashes, something about missing a BMP, tried it without the partial , same thing, crashes at first map

failed to create Bitmap then closes

Quick question about Escape from Demon City. How the fuck do I get it to run on Windows 7? It seems to crap out on some XP games when I start them up.

Odd, i was sure i included the Game.Ini. Do you have the RTP for rpg maker XP english and Japanese installed?

I do I have both all other japanese XP Games work just fine just this one

There is no distinction now between English and Japanese RTPs - both have same contents for a long time now.
You can try reinstalling RTP though - saw some cases when some files got corrupted/deleted from RTP folder which was causing random errors for some people.

Screenshot made it 100% Obvious now what the problem is.
Set your local to Japanese. Or use a locale emulator like NTLEA.

Ha, that definitely looks like the case. I suggested that to the person who said that they had trouble running it earlier in the thread, as it's almost always the culprit when there's issues. The stickied FAQ topic should be in bright red, giant text, but I'm sure it would still get overlooked.

Can someone tell me what to do at the huge root inside the cave inside the ruins?

Already did the area with the dogs, now it tells me to "examine the hole in the ancient ruins storehouse" but the root is still there and I can't interact with it. The other hole above the door doesn't have anything in it either.

EDIT: Figured it out myself, again, more or less. Seems like you need to get a sword from the weapon-seller, but I could have sworn the event didn't happen until after I talked to the wizard at the top right building of the town. Either I missed the event or you need to talk to the wizard first.
