Oh... How do I have sex with the Shop Owners? I got them to Heart, yet nada.

It depends on the shop owners, some of them (well, technically all of them) have special requirements.

For example the owner of the clothing shop has a scene only if you are playing as a female, you can date Soncho only if you have an aphrodisiac and so on.
What shop owner are you referring to, specifically?

Are you referring to the pyramid? Anyway, if an entrance in the dungeon is blocked, it says something like "It's too dangerous to continue". You'll eventually enter in those areas though, but only when the plot says so.

If youre talking about the five sisters, talk to the item shop, furniture shop, weapon shop, and accessory shop owners then talk to Ron, the museum owner. They all must be in town.

Well i went to the creator blog to check and it seem the small bone only drop from the fish you catch with the basic rod or you can buy them from the raccoon.

As for the effect of clothes, I am not sure but character who you didnt gift the extra clothes from the shop have a chance to catch a cold in winter which probably lower their stats or something.

It's the same fro almost all the shop owner you need to befriend them to a certain level to trigger the scenes. For the casino bunny however the scene change depend on the H level of your character (male)

I believe the 1.05 version in the op is the one you want.
But i am pretty sure you can just play the one with yaoi content? Just dont build any house for the men XD

As you might have notice only 101 people bought the non yaoi version and You wont get the update when it release which add CG and events

It's so easy to avoid the yaoi. Besides, the yaoi scenes are pretty much just a modified scene of the female sexy time if you made the point of view focus on the male.

Edit: Oh and also everytime you encounter a yaoi scene you can either talk your way out of it AND they also give you another chance when sexy time begins, theres a text that goes "The next graphic is some man on man action, do you want the picture to show? y/n" or something like that.

Yep, although it's just a small area with a story related boss that you can beat only one time.

You can return later into the area for a couple of treasure, also.

I don't think that the non-deluxe version is linked anywhere (it also has a lot of other limitations, like no skip-button!).
On the other hand, you have really nothing to fear from the "with yaoi included" version, since that specific content is not easy to get, and you have to actively search for it.

You can easily dodge all of it simply by refusing to have men in your village (really easy to do so) or by playing as a woman (and choosing the option to see yourself during sex scenes. Technically is not yaoi anyway, but I don't think that seeing a CG of a man during sex will be welcome).

As far as I know, m/m events are only with Takuya, Solo and Earl/R (the robot-guy), and even then you have first to select "Kiss" them during an event to trigger the scenes. All the other males won't have sex with other males in any case.

You managed to get a yaoi scene blindly? Playing as a man? Wow, that's some unique kind of luck!

Or were you playing as the girl (in that case probably you selected the male focus on CG, wich you can modify in the options)?

Anyway, if you are playing as the man, just never build houses for males and transform your island in a giant harem!

Some characters seems able to break the barriers no matter what the atmosphere is.
As far as i know:

- Satira: Can break barrier in the Cave

- Aredo (the blue/gray demon with a tatoo): Can break barrier in the Pyramid

- Kiria (the red demon with the unsettling outfit): Can brek barrier in the Mine

A couple of things to remember: The barrier will eventually come back after a season, so you'll have to destroy it again.
The characters can only destroy a single crystal (wich is enough to open all the paths, but sometimes you'll have to walk a bit).
I don't know if there are some extra requirements for them to break the crystals, so let me know if it does not work at the first try. Also for now I don't know if there are other characters that can destroy the barriers.

There is NO guaranteed way to get characters. None. They just get randomly listed and it goes down the list of people who visit/join your village.

Character who joins your village is determined at the time you hand in the male/female housing request. Just have main save before giving the mayor the contract, second save after giving him the contract.

Go to sleep for two days in a row, if it's who you want, load the second save and play normally (they'll join in two days). If not, load save one and try again.

Faster than waiting and kicking tenants, though tedious.

Also works for stock (turnip) prices. Next day's price is determined when you go to sleep.

For the axe i need 5 神木のかけら/Kamiki's fragment?
For the fishing rod i need 5 聖木のかけら/Fragment of [seiki]?

For 聖木のかけら I think you need light and you get it from feeding your pet.
悪魔の木片 you get as a drop from those green little demon you find in various locations.
神木のかけら I have no idea at all
