It will doubtless show on the English DLSite in a day or two. Although past products have not sold particularly well there, so I doubt if there will be any urgency.
Sales were at 407 last time I looked, so it seems to be doing very well for its first day...

It is only 385MB?
I guess those are the character and event CGs only, so there doesn't seem to be a vast amount of "content", irrespective of its length in terms of gameplay.

The hentai scenes are voiced. This is an RPG Maker game, so it would be most unusual for the individual dialogue to be voiced, given the fact that those people are paid by the hour!
Also the size of 385MB is far too small for excessive audio.
