Yep, she's difficult. Do all the speech options and select the paper to use on her but stop when given the choice. Then go to your grandfather.

There are two ways to get rid of the ghost: the paper, and doing the ghosts request so they can pass on (At which point they reward you with sex before leaving).

then yes i rescued each ghost, didn't waste a paper, did only 2 evil actions, and got a bad end.

Went through twice.
First time, got the 'good girl' A ending and had found every paper.
Second time, got the 'bad girl' A ending, but can't remember if I took all the papers or not, and I THINK I used the papers on all but 2 girls (out of the ones you can use them on).
I don't see how anyone can't get the A ending.

The way I found to get the b ending is to not have any paper left over for the last scene.

I often had the girl play with herself when she got horny. That might've been what caused the bad, 'sex slave' ending.

Got the good girl A end.

-Any time she got horny I had her ignore it and go on.
-4th girl I didn't even try to use the paper on, used all the conversations in the courtyard, then went to the main gate and repeated it, refusing to use the paper whenever she taunted me about it.
-had all seven papers at the end.
-Picked the 'nice' option every time one would pop up when talking with Jun and the ghosts (except for calling the owner ghost 'grannie', though I don't think that one had any impact on the ending.)

That's not it. I did that every time and still got the best ending. I think you just have to be consistent in the choices you make (Either good or evil, not both) and have all 7 papers.
