Is there a way to know if I already have all the girls in one stage?

Check the list to the right just before you hit the Explore button to spin the slots. This will show you what girls are available in that area. If you don't get them all, you can either back out of the boss fight so you don't proceed past the stage where those specific girls are available, or you can just try to get them in the normal gacha later.

With the exception of event-only cards, there's really no danger of permanently missing out on cards.

I see, too bad I just passed the first two bosses in stage 1 without notice about that.

Don't forget to accept missions when doing gatcha. You can accept 2 at the same time.
edit: or not. Seems like only 1 at a time for now, or I forgot and it was 1 on DMM.

No, it's two on DMM, but it did start as one. Maybe they'll open up the option to take two missions at once later.

Clear the fourth girl in the story and clear the one time quest and then you can start accepting 2 quests.

I just tried it on another PC and sound is working. I'll have to look at the drivers on my other PC then haha.

Well. Don't know about events, but game itself is at least somewhat up to date. There's special reward tab, and other things which were added much later. There's even Liqueur in the shop.. but no squirrel to spend it on, yet.
