Dude dunno where do you live but where i live in slapping +18 doesnt cut it. If my country says it doesnt cut it we need proof i'm guessing(also posted the fricking EU laws against it) western laws are way hardcore about it.

Yes, I asked where you found Nutaku was part of "zero tolerance". Since you used quotations the entire time I thought it was something special besides just the term zero tolerance and what it means.

In the US, lolicon is legal, so I wouldn't say western laws are hardcore about it at all.

Just got into the english version of the game.
Everything seems fine to me until I noticed characters looked off.

Loaded up the japanese version to do a side by side version as I'm quite well established on it and the thing that felt off was the messed up eyes.

I noticed the larger breast, and I'm fine with that if it was to mitigate loli content, but those eyes...

Also if anyone can help with my invite code, much appreciated. Says its a limited eromon but i believe I've pulled it in an R ticket in the japanese version.

US loli laws DRAWN art is a grey area. they can prosecute you if they feel like it of course, but it does impede on our freedom of expression rights.

mangagamers last year i think and if not the year before, released a pretty big loli game into the US called imouto paradise. nothing was censored. they just said all girls are 18 years old and called it a day.

Can any1 confirm me this? I have been farming all the way in area 4-12 but never have dat boss appear in catch screen 12 times continuously, does any1 have the same issue just like me or it's just my damn luck? I think its a bug.

according to what i read, age verification is nearly impossible on the such contents but if anyone feels like it they can make a case and win. Since there is no spefic law/sentence about it, US laws imports from previous similar cases. If you take it that way it is a dont get caught area.

On the other hand Nutaku responds to international laws. Converting japanese stuff and having major offices in US and EU international laws are applied. That means UN or EU since UN only looks in to nation-nation things probably EU. And it is illegal there too

Its just bad luck, my longest string of not seeing a boss at the capture screen is 23 in a row. I am currently at 14 in a row for not seeing the 5-3 last stage rare for capture, just keep grinding away at it...

federal laws are conflicting with state's that why you can say not spefic make a case and see how it goes. Since Nutaku wont be subject to single country's law US is mixed and unimportant now

I'm sure the simplest response would be merely to disable any type of hint of pornographic content related to loli/blantant child-like characters but retain their original artwork.

Unfortunately, in Aigis we just axe those characters completely (when its simplier to just disable it, better to not have than ever have, eh?) or I guess here butcher the artwork while retaining h-scenes in heavy modified form. Some don't look too awful (Nomi, Tenryu, Flora), but some just look like lazy photoshop edits. Also, dunno why they had to censor out the nun coif's or Shizuka's chain collar?

If I had to choose, give me the characters just remove any questionable contents. But to simple, I guess.

So after more than a day and EXACTLY 100 attempts(I kept tally) at catching Settsu Ushika(~18%), I can safely say that I have caught her a total of ZERO times.

This contrasts quite nicely with Noa(~6%) who only took me one attempt(first time through).

Is the pink haired girl with the clock that casts yawn on the last stage of 5-3 capture-able? I have run it a whole bunch of times now and never seen her show up for a capture chance. I do not see her listed in any of the lists of capture-able girls that people have posted either.
