For the light/dark reissue event : is it like 2 separate events and you choose which element you wanna battle or is it like the Sunday dailies where both are jumbled together and you'll get a random element boss ?

2 Separate going on at the same time and you choose which one you work on.

I think he means Attack on Moe H, since he said clicker, while you're talking about the Crystal Maidens game?

Afaik Attack on Moe is playable while Maidens is not... for as far as you can "play" a clicker, anyway~

I kind of wanted 3 MLB SR Lances from this event but it doesn't look like I'll be able to get them. Got 2 max MLB so far and need 2 more for a third.

Thunder for sure. Her passive gives 30% character damage and 30% burst increase. Summon gives an effect similar to dragoons, lightning damage buff for your whole party.
