Actualy it give more than that you can get like 20+ flower seed each time new event pop up, so technically you can roll that 50 flower seed roll gacha every 2 event not to mention if the dev is in a good mood, they will throw 4-6 flower seed each day (like what happen now in the dmm ver)

Beats me, almost everyone in the dmm thread say fllower seed/stone it become a habit i guess. Well enough talking aboout the dmm ver, lets just see how nutaku played it out

You are using the wrong Kanji. The Kanji is 華霊石 which means "Flower Spirit Stone/Gem."

My guess is it is a typo because it conflicts with the actual game wording. It happens every now and then.
