I've been experimenting with the game and I have 2 computers with similar specs but one runs win7 and the other runs win8. The game actually runs fine on win8 while the issues comes up for win7. I was wondering if there's a particular update or file mods we can use to fix it.

Weird, I don't have any problems with Windows 7.

Did you unpack the game to run it?

On the win7 machine I've tried unpacked, packed, and various other methods, but I still get the issue, though it is worth noting that my win7 machine uses Intel integrated graphics card (basically it has none). Though my win8 machine also uses integrated graphics.

Really old integrated graphics probably can't handle the newer MV assets, so that's probably the issue unless it's something even more obscure.

I just did some research into the issue and I found that some MV assets uses OpenGL 3.1 and my graphics card does not support much of that version. Though it is worth mentioning that I don't really have an issue running other MV games on my win7 machine, and the issue is specific to only this game.

Well this sucks, I downloaded the trial and the game says that I dont have permission to access the file. Doesnt work even if I run it with admin rights.

Usually that error shows up when your antivirus is blocking it or the file path is too long.

I'm assuming you're saying that she's not a party member? That doesn't surprise me at all, seeing as how the combat system is laid out leaves no room for a second party member on screen (I said something to that effect in the past in this thread, at least). Still disappointing, of course.

I do like that this circle has animated rape (though Ahriman's games have voices, which is almost as nice), but the art style of both of these circles isn't my favorite. They're not terrible, don't get me wrong, but they don't do as much for me as some others.
