I do like your characters concept, and in any other RP I'd most certainly keep all your powers albeit slightly toned down. Though there is a lack of affects the abilities have on your character on the sheet itself, which will be needed to be put on, like how fast they'll exhaust her or other side effects of the abilities.
But as I said earlier most of the severe abilities seem a tad OP. And I dont know why Unravel and Force-Disruption aren't combined to make one ability, they do seem similar in effect after all. Spirit Containment will be allowed so long as it only affects spirits of certain levels, though I'm not sure about Unravel and Force-Disruption. It would make sense to mod them into once ability and have them slightly weaker.
I have no problem with the minor abilities and the only problems I have with the moderate ones is that Ectoplasm will have to have a limit of how many spirits she can create physical bodies for and a limit on their strength (say something like the strength of an average human for example) and Mental Touch is too close to the abilities of Ian, another character played by Copper. My biggest concern though is the severe abilities, I feel that either one or two would be enough for them, and Desecrate is definitely one I'm not for.
Also, keep in mind that I'm using an energy of my own creation from my own world; Anima. It's basically an energy that people can manipulate to cast magic (both Artemis and Emily Wingate, two of my characters, use it and Grace, one of Unknown Squid's characters use it) though its much more than that. It comes from a dimension that lies between every other dimension and pours into other dimensions through tears called Anima Well's. There's two types; Anime and Negative Anima. Anima is the normal energy that people manipulate while Negative Anima is Anima thats been corrupted, be that through a collection of strong negative emotions or through the use of Necromancy or some other way. Negative Anima is poisonous to all forms of life, corrupting their flow of Anima and eventually liquidising their insides and killing them slowly. As it isn't a 'natural' form of energy, and isn't affected by space/time, other forms of energy etc... your character wont be able to affect it. Hell, Maria's time stop (another character) doesn't affect it.
