It's about 12 to 13 feet tall now that it drained some of Copper's energy into itself, maybe six feet wide. Tentacles are a good ten to eleven feet long for easy grappling.

Tsuki... That was just priceless there. I'd forgotten about that avatar there.

Think of those big transport helicopters with a lift set of blades in the front and another set in the back. The only kind in real life that can fly without a stabilizing rotor.
Sweet jesus that thing's strong then. Note to self and memo to others...do not let the tentacle demon snack on the vampire.

I do believe that is what they are called.

Altered the Chopper tossing target to Copper instead since it's been two days and the RP is dying again.

Yeah, that's fine Tsuki, although I meant to distract the King so Siphon could finish tearing him apart ;) Chances are he'll just break out and do it anyway, once he's back, I think he's off for a day or two at the moment. And stop being so meek, this is a collaborative story, chances are almost anything you can come up with is ok, hell I did the entire thing around the ship without asking anybody, and no-one seemed to mind :)

Yes... but it's not the way I usually roleplay. I'm in the kind that leaves things to the GM to decide.... So I dislike doing that sort of thing x.x

Anyway... restraining Siphon can't hurt TOO much... since I'm sure we prefer that when he goes crazy that we don't want to all get ripped apart!

Fair enough.

Also, restraining Siphon is probably a good idea, except for the chance that the King breaks free and he doesn't...

SSssshh! He doesn't need to know that. That's why I gave Siphon the easier thing to get out of... especially since they're about the same strength.

Re: Defend ULMF! (Sign-up and OOC)

I am off after I post here. Assume that the battle takes some time with the King, and it will continue until I get home. Each of you can feel free to take some shots at the bastard, but everytime you do Siphon is going to get right back up in it's face.

EDIT: Nevermind, Tsuki gave me the perfect idea to put Siphon in limbo for the whole time I'm gone for. Unlikely I can get to a comp to post, but if I do then I'll certainly try!

How big is that stunner thingy? A firearm, or a cannon?

Well, seeing as he's gone for a couple days, go ahead and decide for him ;)

If it's simply a Wraith stunner (I haven't read the post yet, so expect an edit) consider it more like a gun than a cannon, averaging about rifle sized. I could be wrong, but from what I recall, that's feasible for them.

Multiple sizes! It comes in your traditional 'handblaster' flavor, as well as a spear gun, stun bomb, stun gun, and stun rod varieties.

Also, new art that I'm going to be using for Tsuki. Essentially the same person, just... older looking and more awesome.

Re: Defend ULMF! (Sign-up and OOC)

Comes in three sizes: Wee, not-so-wee, and friggin' 'uge.

Tsuki, I like the art! I love the blue and black in there and the...how to describe this...undefined style of the art (the lack of sharp lines and whatnot). I also love the outfit!

Okay, Copper = Bed. Should be around tomorrow night, possibly after killing things, breaking stuff, and setting things on fire...

(I love video games for stress relief.)

I have returned, and yeah Tsuki hit the nail on the head there as did Copper. The idea was for it to be the shoulder mounted rifle ones, but the smaller pistol sized one works just as well.

Re: Defend ULMF! (Sign-up and OOC)

To hell with avoiding double posts.

Alright so I've been hearing a rumor going about here that no one is happy with the selection of enemies, the hive stuff or my character design and the changes he just went through.

So since that is the case apparently, I figured I would open up a little chance for people INVOLVED in the RP to speak. If your not in the RP itself yet then damn well don't make a comment regarding a character that you've had no interaction with. If your not involved in an RP like this, then you have NO GROUNDS to be critiquing other people's characters.

Now since it appears that at least some of you don't like my character, nor my choice of genre, here's some options.

1: Deal with it as best as possible and try to actually come up with a way of "evolving" your character like I have done in a way, only his isn't something he WANTED to go through.

2: I can remove ALL aspects of my supposed sci-fi bullshit from the RP and alter my character. I can guarantee you won't like the new character idea, since it will be based off of a G-Virus Resident Evil Birkin Class Tyrant, or a T-102 Nemesis class Super Tyrant.

3: Given the number of complaints, some of them from people (you know who the hell you are), that have NO BUSINESS griping about how potentially OP a character is, especially since they have ones that are classified by any definition as OP, and let's not forget that this RP was DESIGNED to have OP characters by Burrito's definition, the only other option I am seeing at this point is quite simple.

I'm extremely busy with all the other RP's, RL issues and my own CoC RP to which I sometimes can barely keep up with. I also have a 2 year old daughter to be thinking about, so sometimes I just don't post when I could because I'm being a dad instead of a lazy piece of fucking shit and abuser like my own father was.

Given that case, and situation, my only other option is to look at this and say to hell with it. Yes that means I'm considering the option of withdrawing from several RP's to free my time up some, and to end the headache I am apparently causing some people. That means you, the other characters, will either forget mine ever existed, as well as any of the stuff brought in with him, OR I will remove them in such a way that they are K.I.A, leaving you with one less team member, PC, etc etc.

Now let it be said here, I generally do not have a problem with complaints about my RP style, my choice of items or characters used, or even if someone thinks the character might be slightly OP or not. HOWEVER, and I stress the however highly: I DO have a problem when nothing constructive is added to it and it is merely just whining with no basis, no suggestion on an idea, OR when people simply don't have the guts to actually do what they should and either address it to the GM of the game, in this case Burrito or Myself (gee, funny thought there), OR actually say it to my face via PM or in the chat here, or even in the OOC thread. Instead the majority of the time I hear it second hand from people who they have ranted to, who aren't even INVOLVED in the RP in question, and in several cases, people who could give two rats asses about the RP in question.

I didn't realize that I was this intimidating or difficult to talk to. Gee if I'm that intimidating and scare the hell out of you people enough you feel you can't talk to me, then maybe I should go into the whole interrogation thing and put it to use, hmm?

Well, I've taken up more than enough valuable forum space, and I've said my piece. So here it is black and white: If you have something to say, then do it now, do it here if it's regarding the CURRENT situation. If not, then I don't want to hear it again unless it is coming from the offended parties mouth again.

Hey, the way I see it, it's Burrito's game initally. If he were having a problem with it, I'd think he'd have said "Y'know, maybe we ought to cut back on this..." Or as far as anyone playing the game, y'know, we are a vocal bunch. I highly doubt if there were a problem among us it would have stayed private for long.

As stated above, we are allowed to go OP and kick ass for the Lord now and again. It just gets difficult when we're on at different times. But seriously, Shrike and Tsuki were just having this conversation. If there's something you want to do, we do it. Like the ship. Shrike didn't ask Burrito about it. She just did it. Maybe at some point I'll bring in ghouls and more vamps (if I get off my ass and get ambitious enough...which I might. I just had an evil thought...) If Grave wants to bring in a nemesis for himself, cool. (Pale seems to want to remain relatively non-combative, but if she wants to bring something in, too, score.) There's enough potential among us to make different storylines, it's just that there are those that take more initiative than others. Me, I have to run games constantly, so any time I can just kick back and play, I do it.

Honestly, the only problem I see with our game is that people often get left behind due to time zone differences. I've seen Tsuki getting on while I've been ready to call it a night. Makes it a little difficult, but if we've got two or three things going, hopefully it won't be too much of an issue. As for the OP issue: see above. This is a free form game where we're not bound 100% by the rules. The rule was: Make a kick ass character with one ubermegasuperkameahmeha attack. I say, so long as the ubersuperattack doesn't become the regular attack, if you want to make your charrie stronger the longer they're in the game, go for it. If you've noticed, Copper hasn't been feeding all that much and yet she's still going through things that require her to use blood (as I'm still trying to run her based on the RP game she came from), not to mention she's starting to pick up abilities she didn't exactly start with but have become necessary to her and the squad's survival. Am I tweaking? Yes. Am I starting to make her godly powerful? I hope not. I still try and work in her limitations, but if there's not a place for them, I leave them out for the time being, but I don't forget them. (Like, y'know, how she probably *will* have to feed when they get home...) If a character evolution makes sense, I've got no problem with it. If things happen for no reason, then I'll take issue, but the way I see it, I'm having fun, so I don't care. When I stop having fun, then I'll say something.

I'm not going to complain about anything. Mainly because I have nothing to complain about. So far, everything's ok.
