Both use the same servers. One is down so that means both are down.

As you all know BCT had an older forum for discussions and anything off topic. Over the last year it has slowly died but since I was made Admin there I decided to see if I could bring some life back into it.
The older forum is now open to everyone.
As you know we at BCT had a screening process back in the day to get rid of piracy or at least rampant Piracy. Because of this we had so many rules and such.
I am getting rid of a majority of these rules making the forum open to everyone without all the roadblocks. I am leaving one but that is explained in the new announcement I just put up.

If you were an old member then I wish to welcome you back without all the headaches. With me being Admin I feel I can do more to help everyone. If you know older members then I ask you let them about the change. All I want is too breathe life back into it.
This decision will also not affect the new BCT forum for contests. The older forum will only be for discussions and the sharing of whatever you guys please.
Hope to see an influx of new members and see a lot of the older ones.
