except you see the steam girl vore him and there is nothing to imply that he dies before that. as for the lizard she does say that it will take a day or so for her saliva to dissolve him weather or not he dies before that isn't implied. now my personal preference is to confinement type yandere girls but that's just me

I did not expect a fourth one in this series. Seems like the art was upped yet again. Really wish this one will be more satisfying in the vore department than the last one was. I don't remember much of the third game, but I do remember not liking it as much as the second one, which is my favorite. Excited for it nonetheless!

I see your point. But "milking dry" is also not a synonym for dying, or am I mistaken? As a reference, in MGQ Luka is often still alive after the first loss scene. I'm glad that the series did not turn into 100% pure vore as stated in the initial post that listed the monstergirls and their loss scene. So it was really a pleasant surprise
It's a shame this will be the last of em. But maybe they will start a new series... I am willing to buy each of their games as it is the only developer, that I know of, that translate their game into English.

Was a huge pain in the ass for me as well. Basically, those stairs require you to press up or down at a magic hotspot in order to traverse them automatically. Just look around for the sweet spot.
