Looks like a commenter on Zell's blog found a couple more cloning bugs - finishing a sex animation with the Lantern, Shark, or Bat girls and then quickly moving to another girl, starting sex and then trying to escape/change speed will clone the MC.

Unfortunately, none of those girls have infinite rape animations so you can't quite play around with it like you can with the Witch Hut room or in the wild.
