i dont know if the one i downloaded is 1.11, but i found a notepad with patch notes on it up to 1.11 on the folder
since i dont see any 1.11 mark on the game screen besides the notepad

※淫乱度が上がらない不具合について
現バージョンでは修正されていますが、前のバージョンでそうなっていた場合、
マイナスに突入している恐れがあります。この場合、プラスにまで上げれば普通に
上がるようになります。ドミナークの酒場でミルクを注文すると、道具屋で淫乱度を上げる
アイテムが購入できるようになります。お手数をかけて申し訳ありません。
・Ver1.11
ラスボス、裏ボスがアイテムをドロップするように修正。
職業が変わる条件を変更。
・Ver1.10
メインストーリークリア後、最初の商人から自滅用アイテム販売。
防御力上昇アイテムの販売。
ＣＧ、イベントの追加。やっつけな部分があるのであまり期待しないでください＾＾；
（ほぼ全てのイベントを済ませた後、姉妹で首輪を装備して先生の部屋に入るとイベント発生）
ヤクル草の場所がわかりにくかったので、キシリーの南の森に木をいくつか追加。

妹の中だし回数がおかしいのを修正。
ならず者イベントで片方が気絶したまま勝利した場合の不具合を修正
・Ver1.08
ドミナーク大きな家の２Ｆにぬこ追加。
一部の場所で羞恥判定が行われていないのを修正。
レイズⅡが自分にしかかけられないのを修正
パッシヴスキルが正しく表示されないことがあるのを修正。
フェアリーのＨＰが満タンの時はヒールをしないように。
職業がかわる条件を変更。
トイレイベントがＣＧ登録されないのを修正。

服の修繕でお金が取られないのを修正。
・Ver1.06
妊娠してる状態での山賊レイプのピクチャがおかしいのを修正。
・Ver1.05
コモンイベントを見直して、カクつきを軽減しました。
ボロボロの制服とボロボロのスカートを修繕できるようにしました。
モンスター敗北と人間敗北が一部間違っているのを修正。
・Ver1.04
フィールドマップを３分割。プレイする分には今までと変わりありません。
軽量化スクリプトをお借りして入れさせていただきました。
妊娠からボテ腹の時の不具合を修正。
ドミナークでのならず者イベント関連で淫乱度が下がるのを修正。
同じくならず者イベントで選択肢により進行不可になるバグを修正。
トイレイベントでフリーズする時があるのを修正。
一部で戦闘で立ち絵ドットが消えるのを修正。
姉が分身するのを修正。

圧縮と雨の森でイベントが進まなくなるバグを修正。
・Ver1.02
動作が重かったので一部ＢＧＭの変更と不使用のＭＥ・ＳＥ等を削除。

SakiQuest came out in 2012 and thee author hasn't posted anything since then on the blog so I'd assume not....
just asking ...
is the author making new game again after Saki Quest ?

Thank you very much for your great translation. This game was almost as good as Saki Quest and i enjoyed it very much.
Too bad you can't review the whole scenes, just the HCGs.

All the way to the right in your home town, past the trainer for the younger sister, is a shop that sells clothes and can fix clothes that are unequiped in your inventory.

For the younger sister, just talk to the trainer in the first town with the younger sister. For the older sister, complete the medicine quest in the second town by finding the first flower in the forest south of the second town and then getting the second one from the trainer.

I've done all that - he asks me if I want the training, the screen comes up, nothing is selectable, and then it ends with him asking the girl if they feel good. But nothing happened! No skills learned, etc...I expect it to be the same as in the other two games, but it isn';t working for me...

Well normally you scroll to the one you want and then press right to put points into it and then press z. If you're saying you can't even scroll to an option and/or put points in stuff, then it sounds like a problem with the game itself, in which case I'd suggest redownloading the game, the translation, and then unpacking the game and patching it with the new translation download just to be 100% sure you do it right.
