I found another scene while checking some other places.
In fact, 3 of them, lol.
At some point, the red shirt girl of the desert will be at your base. She will give you an item when you talk to her. With this item, you can go all the way down the ocean and enter que small path of rocks down there. You'll find the pirate's hideout. Entering results in game over and 3 scenes (1 for each girl).

Hentai logic at it's finest. Defeated an eldritch god and beat back an invading army. But three pirates? No chance.

Yes. You can go to the base through the blue statues. There's a blue crystal on the right that takes you to the recollection room.
Also, you can go by boat to an island that has the recollection room, but i think its easier to use the crystal.

Old thread I know, but I just downloaded this game from the link lordmau posted and it crashes any time I try to run it. Any ideas?

No Error msg. Just goes full screen black, then exits.

Did you try stopping your antivirus ?
I've the same problem with Dieselmine games and turning off the antivirus make them work.
