Katie trips as she walks forward, falling and landing on her side, it was painful, much less so than that other time when she fell through the stairs, but still quite painful. She however manages to roll out of the way as the person swings down with what looks like a metal bat,
She manages to pounce on the person tackling her, as she struggles to keep them down, she reaches into her bag and pulling out her... sledgehammer...? The woman under her bucks and twists, almost throwing her off, but she manages to hold her down, reaching for the other weapon in her backpack, her machette, "Who are you..."
The person struggles, "Get off me! I'm looking for a woman named Katie... I was hired to find her. She's wanted by the local police for killing three people from a nearby town's adventurer's guild..."
Katie looked at her confused, and unsure of what to do...

Sledgehammer

Choices:
1. Kill her!
2. Let her go, then run away!
3. Let her go, then talk to her
4. Call for help

The ones in control are the people of the castle so I think instead of trying to earn random strangers trust, earning the master's would be a lot more helpful

The person looks hesitatant to believe her, "How do I know you're not just trying to cover your ass?" The person struggles again, despite her words though she appears to want to believe Katie, "Fine... even if I believe you... you're still going to be investigated... let me go..."
Katie eases her grip off, preparing to strike if the woman turns on her. Luckily she doesn't, seem interested in attacking her. She looks around, "What are you going to do now?"
The woman looks around, "I guess for now I'll report back to the guild... see what they want to do..." she looks at Katie, "Please come with me, this is probably your best chance to escape."

Anyways, 2.
I'd have to agree with this. Also, authors generally kill off your escape chance if you actually go along with it. It'll end badly for both of them if Katie goes along with her, that's just how it is. So cliche, yet..well..you know it's gonna happen(Also, we would likely get to see some sort of rape scene with her, so hmmm...).
