No one can help, is there another version of the game I need? I bought the game from dlsite and it happens even when I try to play the game before the translation.

It's an unicode issue. Basically the game wants to find some kinda moonrunes.wav, but it can't because of how the file is named. Either you find a version of the game with the correct file names intact, or you change your system unicode settings.
