It have all the minor stuff like exp table, % rate on skill and cost reduction, what lvl to use platinum armour, and most beginner info.

she and the male heavy armor are special cases. getting them is almost like getting a gold unit. mostly for their scenes.

The game doesn't seem to provide any affection items for the males (except for the login bonus). Is that the case in the original JPN version also? Will we need to wait for some special Oktoberfest or St. Patrick's Day event to finally acquire a decent supply of booze?

At the very least I can see male affection items as Wednesday daily quest rewards. Keep calm and farm on.

Looking at the unit list in the wiki I'm wondering if there's any particular units I should withhold CC for, since the deployment cost increase seems pretty killer @.@

I presume I won't be able to CC Nanaly anytime soon so I'll just max her lvl and leave it, will probably CC a silver archer followed by Cloris then vivian

With additional info that map is MEN ONLY
Its 1 of the daily i completely ignored since i don't farm male affection item.
Male already have higher base status than female thats enuff for me

Wait wait wait... so the affection maps on Wednesday are for men only.... whelp that is a day I can skip.

There are missions for female gift farming on the same day as well. They are for ranged units only.

On four out of seven Golden Armor N I got no drops.
Is that normal or is just me sucking at RNG?

dunno, i've done like 10-12 events today got 0 drop only once, and got plat armor twice

Mostly yes. we do it because we want to be ready for the second event (the first one is easily missable as we already got the unit (White witch cloris) the second however has the first part of the dragon princess event AND much more important the second free gold soldier Aria.

Is it confirmed, that we will get events in the same order as on Japanese version? I thought EN version would try to 'catch up' a bit...

Should I use Plat armor on any specific rarity of unit? Or is it a thing I hold on to for after Class Change or something? Games like these usually have an efficient way of using stuff like that

As mentioned above, just make sure you have three fairies of corresponding rarity, that unit in question is over level 40 (pre or post CC) and that you don't 'waste' any xp. I don't think you necessarily need to avoid using it on silver units, especially on ones that would allow you to farm for plat armors even better on high tier map.

Over time non-CCed units are just too weak to be used. I have one or two level 50, min cost, pre-CC silvers on Japanese version, thinking like you. I never use them.

Well I did like maybe 10 Golden Armor runs... and work is coming up and I forget when a new 'day' starts. No platinum armors, but at least I'm rolling in some yummy gold for a change!

Hi new player here just asking for some advice. I started like 4 days ago and apparently got really lucky with the shrine considering how everyone been responding. My question is should i focus on CC my platinum units first? they are just a valkyrie and a rogue which according to the guides I've been reading are some of the last ones you want to CC/lvl up. Also if anyone has any advice on how to clear tomb of sorrow that would be great too.

You want to CC linchpin units first such as a Heavy Armor, a Mage and a Healer. Those types of units are integral to beating many stages, and you should have silver ones which are easier to CC than higher rarity ones

CC plat units should be your last priority. they need a lot of materials. materials that you might need for another units.

as an example Makoto(black melee tactician not released yet on Eng) needs
1.-Samuriai
2.-Mage
3.-Valkirie
4.-Black Fairie.

ALL SILVER! yes she gains lots of power but she also needs a lot of materials.
thats the reason of why all event units are plat. so people have problems to CC them.
take your time with them and wait till the events start to roll out.

They are. but their cost is far to high right now. wait till events start to roll out.

(unless you have enough units to CC all your main classes and your plat unit, if thats the case then do it. but only at lvl 50.)

in other news.

my Katie is now lvl 46. im hoping to CC her by the end of the day.

Welp, after doing all the runs I could today on both my account and one I've been messing with.... Be glad if you got any plats. -.-

24 runs. 0 plats. 5-7 where I didn't even get a gold.

I would expect us to try to roll out 'current' events and have stuff like Dragonewt invasion as revival. Than again, maybe current events would be too hard?

Getting your plats to 30 - 40 will help you a lot, that was not a mistake to level them. Just don't push for CC - as clavat_k pointed out it will be too much of an investment for now.
