Oh yeah, I definitely remember that game, because it was a huge slap in the face. The preview left me with a huge expectation, great expectations, great disapointments, terrible gameplay, terrible story, just terrible...

at 136kb a picture that's quit a bit in 20MB. Also the game you linked was a pile of donkey shit. There have been decent, albeit very short and small games from 50~60MB.
At an average of 136 kb, that's about 22 images. Which... isn't that much? I linked that game merely for a content-size comparison.
20mb at 100kb would be approximately 200, not 20. With say 5 variations per photo that would mean 40 events. Granted, the page says 20 events, which, accounting for file size and variations means approximately 4-5 variations of each scene. That's fairly normal in most games, and tbh the art looks decent. Not really rolling in as a fanboy (first game by author anyhow) or anything, but tbh there hasn't been a decent release since July tbh.
Most RPG Maker games will also have all the pictures in PNG format rather than JPG. This can make the per photo size go towards 500kb, with bigger and/or more complex images going for the 1~2 mb, though it's a bit rare as RPG Maker's resolution is small. Only a handful of games, which used something to zoom or move around the image, did include bigger images than the whole screen.
Yeah well they are adding some additional content...i haven't really read everything,since i would like to be suprised by the new stuff when the update is out(but apparently there will be some new clothes,locations and of course new H scenes)...i guess they kind of got inspired by Saki quest to do a v2.0 of the game...
Well,considering how the author said at the end the infamous "it'll be done when it's done",i really can't tell...I hope that it will be released before the end of the year though...
