You can unlock it as many times as you want, as long as you don't overdo it. If you fuck the whole place up then yeah, there'll be a lock next time you go there.guy do not go to her room at night just wait to quest grown plan because it need seman water and u can make it in her room at night only. it you unlock her window. you can't unlock again need to wait version 0.9

I don't think you can change her clothes yet. At most you have her wear some magic bra during a quest.

(spoil) the thing is, in my opinion, from the moment you met Lizzy "Red butt" the first time until you met her again as who she truly is (Betsy the mayor's daughter) you'll have to do some sidequest to confund and blackmail her. and to finally get the blowjob scene, with 3 days between every tasks you give her you'll need time and 50 days aren't enough.
