How do I disable the alarm in the mansion? Nothing I do works. I've been running around checking every inch of the mansion for something to disable the alarm but nothing seems to work.

Beat Amanda (The witch) in the coliseum. Sleep in the inn. Go to the coliseum. On the right side of the arena there will be two npcs. One of them is the mayor son. Talk to him once, then talk to him again. On the second time, he will ask you to go over to his place and give you a tour around the house. When that happens, you can see that he uses a spot between two pillars on both the first and on the second floor. After that happens, leave the house, go to the secret passage, sneak in and deactivate the alarms on both floors. There is nothing important on the first floor, tho, so forget about it. Just remember to deactivate the alarm on the second floor as soon as you get up there.

Still cannot figure out why im not getting the save the girl from the mask guy events, unless i have to have a low H rating or something, and its not like im not far enough into the game, i already have gotten the moon stone and the sun stone and put them in the ruins. Any idea's as to what im doing wrong?

There are 3 girls in the game for you to save from that dude. 3 different ones.

There is a order you have to follow. The first one is when you beat the knight and the mage flees, just before entering the spirit forest.

The second one is when you beat the mage and save the witch girl, right by the exit of the first city.

The third one is by the entrance of the last dungeon, by the exit of the last area of the spirit forest. Those are the 3 "save the girl from the cult" events.

After you save the little girl who got lost in the mountains, you talk to aline and ask her to borrow one of the kids, she will tell you no but that you can find a item that can help you in the mayor's mansion. From then on you can save the guy in the prison and the maid will be in front of the mansion.

What entrance do i need to go to to get the first one, ive been in the forest multiple times already so i dont think i missed it, but dont remember fighting anyone before entering either. If you are talking about the little path before the entrance, i go up there but no one is there, same with the other locations. when i first talked to the girl in the flower garden she said there's no need to worry sence she is a mage. But after that i havent gotten anything.

Hmm, there must be some trigger for those rescue events. Perhaps you should try advancing your game a bit more and then looking at that again.

The only way to advance my game right now is to beat the final boss, and i doubt that is the answer, no idea at this point, unless i still have to have my virginity or something.

Seems a lot of people are having issues with the final boss, I've had a look at the save files and there's no real reason they shouldn't work. The help file that came with my copy said you need to be at least level 35 virgin to stand a chance, and level 45 non-virgin too.

I'll look into it more but basically, the last boss is hard, no matter what way you do it, virgin or non virgin.

Noticed a couple other games you've translated and it almost makes me want to try just so I'm not a complete lurker/mooch, plus I actually studied japanese seriously(even though I know the internet can completely make up for that).

I think level 25 is fine for the final boss during a virgin route. The version I had was 1.23 and I've noticed that power charging doesn't do anything to strengthen the base special moves on the virgin route or otherwise for the final boss. Another thing I noticed is using the paralyzing edge to immobilize the final mega demon helps reduce the necessity to heal by quite a bit.

The gameplan that has worked for me: Get to level 25, Reduce mega demons energy to 1/7 with the special ball, Make sure counter is present unless boss is paralyzed, spam with paralyzing edge until the mega demon actually gets paralyzed, then douse with maiden crash/maiden blade. Several elixirs and full potions are all that seem to be needed. Shoot maybe 2 of each. I don't completely remember the guide, but I don't think any mention of using paralyzing edge was written.

For grinding gold, there is a monster who give 300 gold and have a chance to drop lingot when defeated but only reward 1 xp, the fly gold, there is one just north of the harbor where you defeat the squid. Be warned that he cast thunder who can stun you and has a chance to escape, so to beat him at level 18, i use maiden crash 2 times and thats enough to kill him.
It is the monster who flee when is see you.

I think the easiest place to farm experience is the ruins where you find the second part of the tablet. The spider/soldier team is easy enough to kill just by spamming the holy spell, 19k exp per encounter. As for gold, fuck if I know, the flying golden hippo only gives 300.

For xp for non virgin, once you have open all the chest in the small rooms in the ruins, there is a secret room that open and where there is 2 chests you can unlock only if you are not a virgin, 1 contain the ore for the g-ball and the other the earth neckglace who multiply your xp gained by 5.

I tend to not use a guide on my first play on any game, but i finished it and i looked to guides but i didn't see any who mentioned a dragon in the moon tower, i only found guides to h-scenes or guides to complete the game but without mention on the collectibles you can find on the way.

In the mine cart room, flip every switch and ride the cart. It will smash into the wall and open the dragon room.

The second post in this thread waaay back on page one has a virgin island walkthrough that should have a step that mentions the holy grimoire. From my memory the walkthrough seems pretty complete.

Whats the advantages and disadvantages of finishing the game as a virgin? I read that its harder as a non-virgin? I previously played in Jap so I just blindly lvl up and beat stuff .
