I have the games and everything unlocked. It just everytime i go to ero data and try to view a animation, nothing but a black screen shows.

I've honestly never had that issue. My only guess might be a codec issue? The animations are actually just videos so look up the CCCP-Project codec pack and see if that does something for you.

Only lets me view them if i move the vwx files to the Media Player Classic Home Cinema thing. (WOW) I thought they would let me view them in game but i guess this is still good, thanks.

If you don't mind me asking, what did you ask and what did they say? I thought about emailing them during the long absence but I was wondering how I would even talk to them in japanese.

Oh wow, didn't see this.
Just e-mail him at the direction listed at his site, I included a japanese machine translation that I assume was terrible and my english text.

Also, yay for this new mini-game.
It seems like he really improved his art style, the line-art and coloring is miles ahead from his previous works.
And his sprites now have very well defined shadows.

All in all, jermaneels will always be my favorite circle.

There's usually a full save file already in one of the zip files, they do that with every other thing at least. I'm about to get this from a certain uploader so I can check for sure in like... 2 hours.

edit: Yup it's there, open the one zip file in the folder and move NScrflog.dat to the main folder with the exe

Some more news about Cum Girls Vol. 3. They aren't going to change engines from Nscripter to RPG Maker, but they will try doing the animation in NScripter itself instead of separate movies to try to fix the issues some people had with showing the movies. They're also going to have an option to play the game in Gameboy style monochrome of NES style 8-bit color. They are also working on an Ero Pictures Vol. 3 with the mermaid girl and some shota boy.

Cum Girls Vol. 3 is still beng worked on. They've at least revealed all the girls that will be in the game but they haven't shown any porn yet. The newest update reveals that the main girl will have the typical CG scene, pixel, pixel silhouette scenes, but the other 3 girls will only have movies. They also mention that the new engine they moved to should eliminate any of the old playback issues that some people had

Basically they say that it's taking a really long time to make the animations, so next month they plan on releasing another mini-game that's a rock paper scissors ero game.
