Did you make sure to install it where the patch says to install it, on the initial install?
Old post is old, but the AAXPlay comes with the hongfire patch if I recall right, I don't remember with the Character make though.
Running the game through AAXPLAY can speed that up if I recall right, giving 2x boosts to the rates their relationships improve with other npcs or something.
I was playing last night and saw to of my characters I had even played as f***ing in the hallway outside the classroom. Like I said, NPCs interact with each other at a much slower pace than you interact with them. The character I usually use tends to make friends easily, and gets a lot of hugs.
Check the options, I think you press F1 to access them, some of the body parts may have been toggled as invisible by accident, since there's stuff like only having the male appear

Thanks, but whenever I try to confess my love to a girl, she rejects me every time, I must have done this at least 50 times and I looked at the statue and it said she loved me. Is there something im doing wrong, or do I have to be in a specific spot?
Try to have a few small chats with the girl. The percentage after the action that you see in the upper left represents the chance of it succeeding.
Does she let you hug and kiss her at least or heck, even do it with her? Usually if the result comes up as 0% it could be that she doesn't swing that way, as in she could be a lesbian or straight, depending on what gender character you're playing as, it still seems to have that love message show up regardless of their sexual orientation for some reason though if you get close enough to them.. Otherwise, you just have to keep trying. I suppose. It took me quite a few times when I recently booted up this game the other day as well.
