Steam, i mean that's what Kagura Games been doing, bringing lot of H-games to steam and also translate it. and so far they have been doing spectacular job both as translation team and publisher.

KG usually sell it's game on Steam (you need to get the patch to restore the H content on their site), on their own site, on JAST.
