"Oh.." She starts. "That's goo-" the girl gets cut off as Ai suddenly sees, and feels, as the floor falls out from beneath both of them, in a trapdoor fashion as they both fall down a pit.

It's not a very deep fall, but it's deep enough so they can't climb back up. They both end up landing in a pool of water, a nearby torch on the wall indicating the an exit nearby.

"Owwwwww..." the other girl moans.

Startled by the sudden drop, Ai lands on her butt into the pool below. Rubbing her rear, Ai frowns at getting her clothes wet from the fall. Looking at the other girl, she offers her hand to help her up.
"Looks like we got a way to go, so let's head there"

"I wonder what's going on...I doubt we're going to get very far..." The girl seems a little worried at what might be ahead.

Ai leads her through the tunnels, eventually they come into a room oddly shaped. Of course, they figure it out quickly, this room appears to be some sort of arena. A gate closes behind them and they can see another gate on the opposite side. Looking around, Ai swears see can see many points where someone may be watching from.

However, she doesn't have too much time to ponder it as a mass of tentacles drops from the ceiling. It sort of unfurls as the tendrils reach out, looking like their getting ready to have their fun with the pair of girls

The girl squeaks. "Oh...not again...you don't happen to have any extra weapon, do you?"

"It'll work out" Ai tries to calm the girl as they through the tunnel.

As they come into the opening, Ai takes a quick look around.
"This is an arena?" she thinks as she sees the gate on the other side. As the gates close on them, Ai notices the peepholes in the walls around the arena.
When the tentacled mass drops to the arena, she readies her trusty naginata.
"What is this, mudwrestling with tentacles?" comes to her mind as she leers at the peepholes.

As the girl asks her about a weapon, Ai remembers the powers she got with the rope mistress trait.
"Take care of it, I've fought many battles with her" she says as she hands over her long-time weapon for the girl to use. Focusing her mind again, Ai forms the rope whip to her hand, giving it a test crack

The girl watches with a very curious look as the rope whip forms in Ai's hands, becoming very deadly looking when Ai focuses her intent in the tentacles and their destruction.

"I'm not too good with one of these, but it can't be too hard...can it?" the girl says as she grabs the naginata. "Well, I guess we should get started then, shouldn't we?"

The girl gets a small grin as she takes a stance with the weapon, waiting for Ai to take the lead.

"I believe you can manage it" Ai says to the girl as she takes a battle stance with it. With the whip firmly in her grasp, Ai charges forward, intent on slashing the tentacle mass with it

Ai moves forward, the whip in her hand responding well as she gives the tentacles a nasty strike with it, tearing at it as the rope slices into the thing. The girl also moves to attack, Ai can tell she has at least some skill with it, but sadly the tentacles are too quick and evade the attack.

The tentacles return Ai's attack with whipping of their own. Ai is easily caught in the attack, now sure how best to defend herself with a whip as the tentacles strike her, grabbing her after slapping her hard.

A bit unused to the whip, Ai finds the weapon nice for it's ability to adjust itself for her. She gives a smile as the barbed whip tears through the tentacles.

But the defensive capabilities leave something to be desired, as Ai is used to her long pole. As the tentacles reach for her, she easily is caught and whipped. Recovering from the blow, Ai tries to give the pervy tentacles some more punishment despite them creeping on her

Both Ai and the girl land attacks on the tentacles, damaging them and freeing Ai for a moment as they reel in pain. But it's not long before they return again, attacking and capturing Ai again, her clothes starting to look revealing from the tentacles dissolving slime.

Fighting against the slimy grip of the tentacles, Ai manages to land another brutal whiplash at them, giving herself a window for escape. She manages to have a look at the girl succesfully striking the mass before they wrap around her again.
"Rrrrgh, my robes! Leave 'em alone!" Ai yells at the mass harassing her, cracking her whip at them again

Ai brings her whip to strike again, missing even as the other girl lands a telling hit. The tentacles retaliate again, attacking Ai, but missing. Ai can tell that this was not the way the people who were watching wanted this battle to go.

"She's not as bad as she says" Ai thinks as the girl relieves her from the tentacled embrace after a failed strike of her own.
"We're not done yet!" she tells the girl as she cracks her whip against the thing one more

Another round of combat passes in favor of the girls, Ai landing a hit even though her new friend fails. However the distraction still proves useful as the tentacles fail to land any solid hits on the girls, missing them and only getting glancing blows with an effect on their clothes.

"For once, I'm having a bit of success..." Ai thinks her lash wounds the wriggling mass once more, tearing open wounds on the the creature. The thing ignores her lashing as it attempts to grab her once more, but Ai darts back and avoids the attack.
"Come on, let's get this done with" she ponders as her lash swishes through the air once again

Ai and the girl both focus their attacks, giving the tentacle mass no chance to escape. Their attacks hit hard, the beast withering and dying as the limbs go limp. Unhappy muttering can be heard from all around, but the gate forward opens regardless.

A slight whoop of celebration escapes Ai as she sees the tentacles wither away after their attacks finally end it. She sticks her tongue out at the perverts hiding behind the peepholes before turning to the girl
"Hold on to that for a bit more, there might be something else hiding beyond." Ai tells the girl before starting to head towards the open gate

The girl nods, following Ai as she decides to delve deeper into the dungeon. It's actually another short hallway, going downstairs again. As she goes on, she gives a small sigh noticing the next room, which appears to be another arena like the last one. A gate shuts behind them after they enter. Again the other side can be seen with a gate blocking the exit, as a monster falls from the ceiling. It looks like a massive slime, larger than either girl, and Ai thinks it's probably larger than Spinalis was.

After going downstairs, the girls find another arena opening in front of them.
"What is this, an arena gauntlet?" she says with a sigh. Her eyes open wide as she sees the gargantuan slime plop down to the arena.
"That.. can't be good" she thinks, readying her whip for another bout of furious melee

Ai strikes the creature, hitting it was easy enough, but the slime absorbs the blow as it starts to move forward. The other girl manages to cut it with an attack from Ai's weapon, but that doesn't stop it's assault as it gets a sudden burst of speed and bowls Ai over, starting to move on top of her.

"Dammit.." Ai thinks as the slime's gelatinous body only shifts aside slightly from her whiplash. The girl's succesful attack makes her a bit happier, until the slime knocks Ai down, starting to cover her with it's body. Struggling to escape, this instantly reminds her about the previous encounter she had with one of these slimes
