Re: [Nutaku] Angelic Saga
Welp I'm the 158th. No point in pushing it, that's not gonna go up or down to the next tier.
I just had a battle of attrition against 1 (no, not One). I didn't have good starting card and he pulled a nicely levelled Sakura and a boatload off trap cards. So I threw up stuff for defence. It was enough to take out anything else he summoned but Sakura was just too OP for my very attack focused deck. This went on for about 5-6 rounds, then I summoned up a lvl 50 Kira. She had about 40 more defence than Sakura's attack. 1 summoned a Natalie and I thought I'm done for, since Kira was my only card that had enough defence to take out Sakura. But I got lucky: 1 attacked with a boosted Sakura first and I had a Never Give Up set up. The next round I summoned down my own Sakura and Candella. The tables were turned and I managed to won after slowly eroding his trap reserve. But still, this was my longest match ever, I think it ended around turn 17 or 18.
I would play more if there would be matches like this often, but unfortunately about 80% of the time one side simply steamrolls the other.
