Still pondering on how to translate the sex stat an accurate and direct translation would be something like sexual skill/expertise/experience/knowledge/performance/aptitude , but all of these are so long, maybe I just name it 'moxie'!

well. I think I could put in sexual aptitude or some it's not that the game doesn't allow the length, I just don't like that it's such a long thing and consists of 2 words, I want to find a more befitting expression...

...uhh, yeah the descriptions will definetly state what the stuff does...but funny names never hurt no gaming experience...but then that's the easy fun stuff for when I am done with the story-translation and polishing of the h-scenes, well still have a couple h-scenes to translate about 10 singular ones + 21 brothel scenes.

I am still looking for quotable movies for when I get into translating the story stuff, as of now in the prologue which is done I included lord of the rings(2001), the chronicles of riddick(2004) + monthy python and the holy grail(1975).

Sounds fun actually, especially if you're having fun Just make sure it fits. Don't make references only for the sake of the references, so it doesn't become groan-worthy like some of those dumb "parody" movies

I mean, I believe I put them sparingly the prologue has like at least 1000 lines and I made like 3 quotes. For example, I used the famous 'gandalf quote' for the head priest when he wants to stop your party from entering the cellar beneath the chappel, he shouts out 'You shall not pass' and gets run over by one of your party members, right away...

I approve of this one

And I mean, he probably just said something like "Stop" so probably there's no damage it could cause. Unless the herbs have some meaningful names you couldn't do without in the original and your new names don't break immersion, I approve of your version too.

same o ' same o ', I always try sticking to the original meaning, but sometimes specially with the h-scenes things are culturally different, the japanese focus on squid-shapes squid-smell and squid-taste, hehe. Considering the smut, I try to incorporate lots of wording and language from CoC created by fenoxo and his staff of skilled smut-writers, my main inspiraiton when it comes to making arousing, funny smut-talk...

well, as I said raw translation of all h-scenes in the game is nearly done just 21 more brothel scenes which is the 8 sofia scenes 8 priscilla scenes and 5 more shannon scenes+ 10 singular scenes(with singular I mean only one scene commited to the cg's...) as far as polishing goes I'm just barely satisfied at how the 5 sofia/orc paizuri scene turned out considering audio sync and polish...I already synced a couple more, but I think I have to overhaul them a couple times before I like them...still lots of work to do is what I want to say...I guess...

...But with the help of some dedicated playtesters, the scenes improve alot, slowly, hehe...I am really happy for all the people who helped me so far, you guys are great...couldn't have come that far without you <3

*update* 12 more brothel scenes before the brothel stuff is done, yaaay!

...well if you directly translate it it's 'Princess Rena and the legendary Cumblade' , but I dubbed it into 'Princess Rena and the Blade of Legend' to not spoil the prologue...

++ for some reason google translate wants rena to be lena, the name 'rena' is a hint to the main storyline of the game, since it means reincarnation or reborn...

I thought about the name of the game, again...I think that notion of 'cumblade' came from dl.site.eng the actual name of the game is: 'Rena-hime no Seiken Densetsu' === rena-hime = princess rena, no = possesive particle I translated it as 'and' but I think 'hers' would be more accurate, finally seiken densetsu = densetsu means legend/folklore and seiken well here it gets tricky ken means sword or blade, but sei-ken it could be sex sword or spirit sword, or just powerful sword, there is alot of possiblities on how to translate that correctly...

*little update* still working on them damn 'brothel loli scenes', they are tricky lots of moaning and nonsensical crap about smell and this little sister big brother fetish I find these fetishes hard to understand, translating h-stuff sometimes is tough, hehe.

Oh I thought her name was Lena. I have set VNR to translate with google. I also have noticed from other hentai games that google translates orcs into oaks. Any idea why it does that? I know its out of topic just curious

It's because 'oaks' and 'orcs' are written the same way using katakana.

It's not tied to SP, it's tied to TP (the green bar) instead.
