If you went through story missions before they patched it(If she's even there now, I wouldn't know since I rushed through), you could've missed June, but you can still get her from one of the GHQs. Jun was event gacha only, don't remember which one though.
You don't have to rush, when phase 2 starts you can still do the first 100 floors, it takes no time at all to clear 100 floors (well the first 100 at least) I had about 5 days to kill opening cases.

if... and only IF they add 3 more (2 e +1 n gacha) without taking away old slayer cards i could accept that, but if they exchange half of slayers cards again i will be pissed :/
They are only an addition and are not replacing the current cards. All cards will retain their Special Effect.
That is fine then, you guys should probably put in all the slayer cards at the start of events though.

Also Adding 3 slayers wasn't that bad considering 1 was added to N Gacha, so f2p players can get 3 N Slayers and actually menage to get to 50K flowers to get limited card.
