I can't post links yet until I reach 15 posts here, so I pm'd you the url to a video showing a 3-star strat for Dragonewt using only non CC'd iron-silver units.

There's a way to place your units so that 2 healers can heal your tank/duelist without getting hit by the splash damage.

It's the same strategy I used when I got started in JP version and had no CC'd healers

I think they buffed the dragon mage damage, I have way higher units and it still took 3 healers to keep kerry up tanking the mage, I tried a level 40 HA and it died insanely fast

Slow work day today....which is fine by me.

Finished running all maps. Didn't have to repeat any maps, 3 stared first time. Was expecting to have to redo at least one or two since I went in completely blind. No form of rush, so I was able to set up well before big units come out, so that's why.

Those dragon mages do pack a punch. My free account will be lucky to get Aria (only lvl 32), not sure I can get enough stars to do more than that. But I look forward to the challenge.

Yes, the video shows the old version before they changed the dragon mage damage from physical > magic.

However, provided that your 2 healers are lvl'd enough/have enough affection (they don't have to be CC'd), they can outheal the dragon mage's damage.

I used the same strategy with 2 non CC'd healers on the most recent renewal event for this (the dragon mages deal magic dmg there too), and was able to 3-star it.

I think they buffed the dragon mage damage, I have way higher units and it still took 3 healers to keep kerry up tanking the mage, I tried a level 40 HA and it died insanely fast

They should change it!

Valkyries > Heavy Armor for tanking magic damage (eg. dragon mages) because of their magic resist (MR). Also, make sure nobody is taking splash damage from being too near your tank. Splash damage = healers wasting heals on units other than your tank.

Best map to farm for silver based on stamina efficiency alone is probably this:

Dragonewt　35/3　Ruby(10)　Misha(Elaine for EN)(7)　Silver Fairy(15)　Bernard(7)

For 3 stamina, you get chances for 2 different silvers to drop. Too bad it's Elaine in this ver instead of Misha...

For now I'm farming the map the drops Phylis. Hope to get her max CR'd by the time event is over, but no drops so far = not getting my hopes up lol

Based on these first two events, farming silver units from events is only worth it if you are looking for a specific silver unit and, to a lesser extent, if you are looking for a specific class.

Otherwise, if you need more silver units, just do Deep Forest Road or Pastoral Gate, disband all the units you get from those missions, and use to gold for the base unit summon. I believe Deep Forest Road is better if you have the 1.5x gold buff and Pastoral Gate may be better without it. But without solid drop information, I can't be sure.

If the event map drops 2 silver units than if will provide more silver units per charisma spent, but will also consume a lot of stamina, where as pure gold farming consumes none.

Yeah even with kerry out after the heavy armor dead she still took too much damage for 2 healers which is why I needed a third out, luckily the spot I put it in doesn't take splash damage

Edit: I tried with a lower level themis this time and she only needed 2 healers and killed the mage 10 times faster so I'm going to adjust my strategy a bit

i'll just 3 star all maps and go back to farming normal maps. I'm very lucky at 2k gacha lately and have still some units to max.

Man 2k gatcha has been insane lately, I got like 10 silvers for maybe 200k. That's about as many as I got for like 800k+ before. No signs of gold+ yet so far though.

In this video he uses 2 CC'd healers top and bottom to heal his 2 duelists.

When I did it, I only had 1 CC'd healer at that point, so I used 1 CC healer top and 2 CC healers bottom instead and managed to 3-star it.

Not sure if you can get by with 4 non-CC healers (2 top, 2 bottom) instead though, but you can definitely do it with 1 CC and 2 non-CC.

Note that for non-CC'd healers, you can't put them directly above/below your duelist, or they'll get blown to bits by splash damage. You'll have to place them diagonally 1 spot to the left or right, kinda like this:

(empty spot) Tank/Duelist (empty spot)
Healer 1 (empty spot) Healer 2

For CC'd healers, you can place them up to 2 spots diagonally away.

wow you have alot of negative points for that few posts

although i empathize a bit with you, level 50 isn't really that hard to get to, macros are probably fine, you can just record then set it to play a mission over and over, though doing it yourself isn't hard, just tedious
also getting the 1.2x exp blessing, with the blessing, if you do straight successful missions, you can prob get to like level 60 no problem all at once, and unless you got plenty of platinums or blacks in free rolls in your first account, now that you restarted you can just do what it seems many others here are doing and spam new accounts for those free rolls until you get one with good units

But yeah, all of that rep came from two posts in the MnF thread. I made the mistake of suggesting they try some new stuff and it wasn't received well.

I held off on saying anything because I knew the kneejerk reaction would just be "yeah whatever you evil cheater person, stop whining", but that wasn't my intention and I don't expect to get my money back (or even the crystals they claimed to have refunded). They haven't replied to me and probably never will. It's a shame because I'm not going to spend anymore money on them, but live and learn.

Perhaps I could have been less crabby in the way I worded it, but really just wanted to introduce to Nutaku an alternate perspective on why there was seemingly such a high number of people cheating. I mean I'm not exactly the first person to point out how horrid the drop rates and servers are.

Do you think a level 40 iris, dorca, level 20 black healer liana and level 20 christopher would be enough?

Edit: Since none of the ranged can hit the middle should I change the hero title to +damage or something?

Hmm level 40 Iris + level 20 Liana might be able to handle top or bottom healing, but then you're left with lvl 20 Christopher alone so...

You can try Iris + Christopher or Liana + Christopher (not sure how well it'll go though since Christopher's lvl is kind of low), but I'm pretty sure lvl 40 Iris or lvl 20 Liana can't handle healing 1 duelist alone. Do you have a 4th healer? Alissa maybe?

As for title, I suggest Savior if you have it, if not then the next highest title that buffs your troops (don't recall the name without looking it up) (since it'll buff dmg for all your ranged/non-ranged units, and also buff your healers as well).
