That doesn't make any sense to me. According to this table it should take 31 hours to get the additional charisma needed to level up at 140. That is with the experience buff and running Dragon Hunting or Immortal Beast, the best maps we have for experience at the moment. Do later challenge missions give massive experience? All the early ones give barely any.

You're not counting the use of a single crystal which would be around 367x2Cha give or take 1 or 2 depending on level as you only get a single point to cha for each level. So it would still require another 6 hours or so to level, or another crystal. Also it's worth noting that overage CHA (and sta) are now added to your total when a crystal is used instead of being lost.
I would typically use 1 crystal while leveling (as needed) and set it where breaks would give me enough to level upon returning to the game, thus instead of a shorter play session, id get longer due to still accomplishing a full levels worth of play. At my current level that is no longer possible. Use to be able to level if I at least got to the halfway point of the previous level, then level and get half way into the new level. Take the break then, when combing back and leveling one full levels worth by getting halfway to the next. It's no longer possible to get to the half way point off a single full amount of Cha.
Whelp I am not going to be able to do Immortal beast until I get a stronger mage then Valerie.... needs more deeps....
Kind of hate the only strategy to that is to simply over power it....
It's not so much about over powering it, unlike Castle Retake, but simply being able to have units that can survive it.
The problem with it, is if your lightning rods/tanks cant hold out vs the 3 lich with your healers, you'll end up watching all your units get killed.
Cause 3 lich attack to a single unit is just brutal.
One of the reasons I use my 3rd healer if I do that map, as I normally do not need to have 3.
