I think it is easier to get the cards in this event as these come at roulette
(a roulette open only for this event)
generally there can be obtained a new 1N card -1R card and 2SR cards
Pero coins, wildcards, stamina bottles, etc. ..

So this event is some sort of elemental rock-paper-scissors thing? A 3x power bonus when matched against a card type they have the advantage over? And we win special gacha tickets for the event chance time, 3 for a normal spin and 30 for what I presume is a higher rare chance spin? And item rewards handed out every so often.

But at 2 attack stamina per go there's gonna be a lot of time spent waiting.

yep this is a rock-paper-scissors event

Moe (萌) defeat at=> Charming (艶)
Charming (艶) defeat at=> Beauty (美)
Beauty (美) defeat at=> Moe (萌)

The tickets you get depends on who defeat.
Depending on the opponent's score. ticket ranging from 1 to 5.
For that reason it is recommended use the best 5 cards you have.

And the only difference between Normal Spin (3 tickets) and Super Spin (30 tickets) is that it gives better rewards and chances to get a letter SR that only appears there.

Hypnosis bar can be recovered with the "ペロプリン" (peropurin) and "ペロプリン HALF" rewards they can get at roulette.

well im a little mad at myself because i just now realized that several of the
rare cards are black rainbow game characters from several of their saimin series of games like the teacher/principal from one of the very first ones they put out
thats pretty awesome i wonder if they are affiliated in any way

Does anyone know how often does Hypnosis Bar recover? Like 5 or 10 minutes?

Yep, seems so. I got confused with that 6 hour mark in front of it, apparently it's just the timezone difference between my country and Japan.

Hmm... should I even bother going for the 30 ticket gacha, or should I just play the 3 ticket one until I get that SR and then just see if I can get something from the 30 with extra tickets? As I am I can only really defeat 2 ticket opponents with any consistency, since I haven't played long enough to upgrade most of my cards very far.

I suggest you first try first to get the SR Card of normal roulette
and once you get it, then try the roulette of 30 tickets.

How do I know how many peropero tickets have I gotten?
And how do I do the event gacha? When I try to click the peropero gacha, the screen goes to the pvp screen where I battle people to get the peropero tickets...
And do I need my hypnosis bar to be full to battle a boss?

the amount of tickets you have is seen in this place.

this happens when you have no the minimum amount of tickets.

And do I need my hypnosis bar to be full to battle a boss?

for Bosses in story mode, you need the full hypnosis bar (6 points)

I've won some of my battles in the pvp but my ticket count is still zero. I'm battling those people who are low lvl so the ticket prize is only 1. Do I claim the prize somewhere or am I doing something wrong?

kei, how in the world did you do so many pvp battles in the 1st day? I had like 3-4 Peropurin and only managed to get to 90 battles...

Levelling SR cards is tough. If your point is to win battles in this event, you should grab 5 R/SR cards and level them a bit, then use them preferably against enemies with weakness, and you'll probably have no problem. I currently use a team of 20-40s R/SR and win most fights around my levels and overall power.

Man, I played this game for a month and I was completely oblivious to the fact that the present button is OVER THERE. (I was looking for it frantically, even read the Jap wiki FAQ, no result)

After seeing it, when I opened it for the first time, there's like 100++ N wild card in there.

Too bad I realized that after the beach Colosseum event is finished though
Kinda feel bad for not returning their gifts before :/
