The english wiki has a partial answer to that. Assuming the drop rates are the same from a pure unit exp/charisma basis with no faeries or gold cost considered Return to Ruins is still best in most cases. Although Pastoral Gate, Villager Rescue 1, and Remnant Vanquish 1 can provide more unit exp/charisma if you are leveling Archers, Soldiers, or Bandits and don't mind the extra gold cost and lower account exp per charisma.

It would depend on how many fairies I plan to spend. Dragon Hunting provides a max of three 135 and one 155 archer experience units at the cost if 37 charisma. Wolfpack provides a max of four 105 and one 155 archer experience units at the cost if 24 charisma.
If they were there Chydis would not be from my understanding.
