You could argue that we actually drive sales for them.
I wouldn't be surprised if a substantial portion of international sales on jp dlsite actually come via referers from here.

Yes, sure, usually the threads that link to a game eventually also have a mega link somewhere on the thread,
but really, usually the thread is the only reason non-native-speakers can enjoy the game to begin with.
And I'd expect we have a couple of people floating around the forum who just go and buy games that show promise, just don't immediately drop free download links in the thread.

So I'd say we can and should continue linking with free abandon.
If they get too pissed off at us, what'll probably happen is that they just block the referer,
like I think they do for a bunch of sharing sites, where you have to copy-paste links to address bars or they won't work.
Until they do that, I'll just assume they are not annoyed by our existence.

Pirating is good for business and not so good, sometime it will failed and sometime it will be a success, if your in a business you should know better, if not your just ignorant about it.

When does the game come out? It was listed as being released this month according to dlsite. Anyone happen to know when during the month it may be?

Well the game's not out yet and there hasn't been any information about it for some time on the dlsite or their blog. But I just checked, and now the release date has been changed to late July. Well at least there's been some activity.
