If you've made it to Geffenia, you're pretty much at the end of the main storyline, barring Hel (whom you can reach through the portal in the fourth area). The Orc Village is part of a major side questline (starting from back when you fought the alchemist girl, Saki). You'll find Yokona (the busty pink-haired mage girl) here.

The answer to your question can be found within the last 20 pages of this thread (I think I explained some while back on how to get each girl), but I can brief you on the list of girls you can unlock as booty-calls.
right-most column, from top to bottom:
- Saki (Alchemist, first of the rebel guild girls you fight) [you have her unlocked]
- Yokona (Mage, second of the rebel guild girls; the one that uses her wand and ice magic on you in the Orc Forest; give her the tiara item she wants to unlock her)
- Kishiu (Leader, third of the rebel guild girls; the one with the whip) [you have her unlocked]
middle-right column, from top to bottom:
- Eil/Ail (bartender girl, aka the girl that handles your class change) [you have her unlocked]
- Kapra maid (girl-haired NPC with hairband; does the teleport and name change services in Komodo; use Kapra voucher item in front of her to unlock her) [you have her unlocked]
- Eunich/Unique (colosseum challenger; beat her to unlock her; she's found in the colosseum once you purchase the most expensive item on the Colosseum prize list)
middle-left column, from top to bottom:
- Executioner (the loli succubus)
- Ogretooth (black-haired succubus with the juicy ass)
- Mysteltainn (blue-haired succubus with the glasses)
these three girls are each unlocked by beating them while possessing key items, each made at the Komodo blacksmith; read the previous posts for details)
right-most column, from top to bottom:
- Tasa, demon version (not her normal form; must choose to break the wreathe (the leafy crown thing in one of the quests); read previous posts for details)
- Kirukera (demon/ghost alchemist)
- Hel (final boss; unlocked after beating her and then revisiting her - she'll be waiting on the stairs for you)
next to bed:
- Tasa, normal (normal form; must choose to marry her, personally giving her the wreathe (leafy crown))
note about Tasa: you can unlock both her forms here in the hotel rooms - but only by getting these scrolls from the underwear god in the sky town (I forget the names); read previous posts for details

No you need to do "The main" quest to unlock the others at the casino, you need to capture a little chun-li and a big one for that quest.
