Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)
Kylie shot up in bed when she came to, before calming down and seeing the note, and then Giselle, bearing some heavenly smelling breakfast. Despite the aroma, Kylie still couldn't shake all of the gloom that had settled over her mind, but at least the food provided a much needed distraction, and Kylie found herself smiling at her lover as she scooted into bed to join her, and pulled the breakfast closer.
Tucking in quickly, though not with her usual voracious appetite, Kylie was nibbling on some bacon while she thought about things. But try as she might, she couldn't dwell on the nightmare, the images of her possible children bleeding into her mind and forcing her spirits to raise.
Kylie still managed to nibble her way through breakfast quickly despite everything, and soon wriggled against Giselle to peck her on the cheek, before squirming away to drag the drawing table and supplies closer. Sitting on the edge of the bed, Kylie held that image, of their family, tightly in her minds eye, before giving her lover a treat, and sketching it all out for her, Hope as she grew, their children, their home, a little light to banish the darkness perhaps, but after about a half hour of skritching on the paper, and humming happily to herself, there it was, a still picture of them all together, children bouncing around in the grass, Hope being, well, Hope, and leaving Kylie smiling softly as she leaned back into Giselle, and looked down at her swollen belly. So... yea, she could handle having children...
Still, with everything that had happened in the early hours of the morning, Kylie still had to suffer through the realisation, that there was a nightmare stalking around her life, with the power to take it all away, if something wasn't done... And that meant getting these eggs out, and finding Hazel... and Training. At least she enjoyed training.
