Well I went to the site to check for updates sense the day he added the fly and abort scene. However my translater is failing me again, and it looks like his site is having errors for you guys too.

I cant get this damn thing to work on windows 8, ive tried chaning the bgm thing in the config.ini but it still crashes. Any advice on how to get it going again? Also tried those downlodable .exe's which i have no idea what to do with.

I would offer an alternative, but whenever my Windows 7 computer says that, it normally means "I am not going to work for you, no matter what you do or what you try." there is probably a way to do it, but it will most likely involve having to trick the system.
re-install Vista, being that, after 6 years of using it, i have yet to have any problem of this nature.)

I remember when I upgraded from Xp to 7, I was a little upset because one of the mods I used for Morrowind used dos commands to install and for whatever reason, I just could not get the mod to work with Windows 7. But thinking back, I wasn't running the command prompt in administrator mode, wonder if that would have done the trick.
Point is, it sucks that 8 users are having such an issue with Hounds, hopefully he can resolve it for everyone. But if not, one can always do a dual boot if they own a copy of Vista or 7, or even XP. I imagine Hounds works on Xp.

Okay here it is.
-I finished converting every picture into the same style. Battle messages, location names, and actions.
-Translated the new battle messages since the last version.
-Translated new locations and actions.
-Translated new dialogs.
-I also touched a bit up the skill descriptions.
One more thing...
The special skill Goto teaches had a very funny name and I was raging about flies always ass-siding me when I farmed money to train in it so as a revenge I renamed it to Fly Killer. Work like charm against the buggers.
Feel free to leave suggestions and bug reports. English is not my native language. I probably left some pretty ridiculous sentence structuring error in my work.
Credit goes to Inui for making the game and everyone else who helped translating it so far.

I really wish I had some technical knowledge to help the developer and myself to get this working under Windows 8.
