Well, after playing this game and exploring the mall, I kinda want to see a BimboMall Tycoon game, something like Roller Coaster Tycoon. One where you build a mall for these Bimbos and watch them walk around using the services it has to offer. Earning profits and such is optional, but that could make it an actual engaging game.

I'm not quite sure I understand how to play this game well either; as Cappy mentions, it is definitely a challenge to be able to knock down and rape anyone that isn't already fully Slut or Bimbo without easily getting the tables turned on yourself and practically forcing you to restart. I've found that the best plan that keeps me from losing completely is to just ignore all the other characters and move towards any and all pearls, using them on yourself ASAP. They have almost no effect on other characters, from what I've seen, but that may just be because you can't really tell what the stats of the other characters are.
On another note, I don't quite understand the mirror section after picking a character name. Is it a difficulty selection? A free bonus? Both? I've noticed that starting off as a boy that looks good in a dress is the easiest, as you start out without a Miss/Lady title while also starting with a penis, and the curvy woman option is the hardest because you have no penis to begin with and take advantage of coming across an unlucky fallen enemy.
Lastly, there's lots of items in one section of the mall such as chains and thigh-to-ankle cuffs, but I'm not sure how to use them once I've taken the lot. Anyone able to figure that out?

All of the items from the <s>Toyshoppe</s> Ye Olde Ball'n'Chain interior are unremovable once equipped.
The latex ring gag permanently(!) prevents spellcasting and also alters the text during blowjobs.
The leather wrist-thigh cuffs make it harder to get up while crawling and move between areas while crawling. Also, you can only pick up one item at a time and you need to be kneeling to do so.
The thin silver chain can only be equipped when you have the cursed ankle chains from the dressup pearl - it increases tripping chance and makes it harder to move between areas.
The thick gold chain + weight can only be equipped if you have a clit ring, it makes movement more difficult.
The thin gold chain + ring can only be equipped if you have nipple rings, and I think it only changes the text during sex.
To use them, you just wear <item> like with everything else. It may take a few tries to get the right keyword though.
The only difference between the different characters is their hair/eye colour, starting skin colour and (of course) name. Lastly, if you pick male, the only downside(?) is that you begin with a buttplug equipped. If you don't remove it before it squirts gel, you end up being vulnerable to anal rape (the same way makeup makes you vulnerable to BJs) and your sluttiness will increase if it's not equipped.
Also, I thought I'd just mention it, there are 2 types of (cursed) cock rings in game - the pink 'girly' one found by searching the bar, and the turquoise one found upstairs. The pink one increases cock size based on your boob size and the turquoise one by 2 inches. Both of them resist TG spells and make it harder to lose your cock.
@Tokanova You can't yet - the author is probably going to implement that in the near future. Though, I must say, for a project that he's just doing for practice, considering its dev time it's amazing.
Edit: forgot to mention, your chance to be knocked down and to knock other people down is based on breast size, heel size and height. Having small breasts, no/short heels and +50% size more or less makes you immune to rape and able to dish it out as well. Also, it helps if you DU, SK and/or BE your targets beforehand. It helps if your 'magic' number is closer to 300, as you can usually get your target cursed items after 3 casts when it's that high.

I can't seem to find any of the items you guys are talking about around the Toy Shoppe. All I've been able to do is find my way inside the Bedroom Bondage and Beyond store, but nothing since then.

How do I learn spells exactly? other than them being used on me. I found the magazine in the lobby, and it tells me about the spells, but doesnt actually teach them to me.
Ok, figured it out. From the start go north than east to the lobby, there should be a cosmo magazine.
'read about bimbo magic in cosmo' gets you the set of spells so you dont have to wait till someone casts it on you to use the pearls.

Well, it seems there IS some sort of victory condition. Namely, incapacitating everyone else (I think).
Only method I've found so far is, as the game calls it, "humonganoidous boobies". Apply BE and MM to a target until their breasts are so huge they literally can't move anymore, at which point, no kidding, a forklift comes along to cart them off. I currently have two more (I think) targets to take down, so I'll get back to you when I finish them. BE stops working at some point, so you really need a LOT of MM pearls to remove someone.

Bit of trivia for you all, you can also read about magic, fashion, "bimbo" and sex in the Cosmo magazine, if you haven't figured that out already.
Magic teleports you to the high heel section of Valley girl and greatly increases the high heel portion of your outfit, sex increases your slut level, fashion makes all parts of your outfit sluttier and bimbo... Well, use your imagination.
Also, apparently you can change your skin colour in the interior of the spa. Enter milk bath to make it lighter, enter tanning booth to make it darker. I haven't found any side effects yet.
