Re: G Building

Leo walks into the cafeteria, his nose in a book as he walks to the queue, his free right hand scratching his left shoulder as he lowers the book slightly to pick out his food, a diet consisting of almost entirely meat, then picks up his tray with his free hand and holds it as if a waiter, heading to Art's table and sitting down, setting the tray down and instantly moving his right hand to begin scratching again "Any news on what happened in the dorms?" he asks, before taking a chunk of meat with his fork and biting it, his eyes barely visible to Art over his book

Stella looks around as she walks into the cafeteria, feeling rather tired as she looks over the menu, she looks at Art as she hears what he says about the 'free' food. She looks at the day's menu and decides to settle on a salad, electing to choose a random table to sit at and enjoy her meal, looking around carefully.

Re: G Building

"So far, so good." Being the first day, there was no need for the professor to keep the students after the signal for lunch, which was a good thing and hopefully something he'd remember throughout the year. As such, there wasn't too horribly long of a wait in the line, not to mention things still being fresh.

Odd. She noticed several students just loading up their plates while progressing through the line. As they neared the end, she figured out why. Lunch was, apparently, on Art today. Someone's in a good mood, it seems.

Given that she'd already gotten this far, she simply helped herself to two desserts this time around and then paced the tables, looking for an open spot or debating heading to the courtyard. It was during that time she noticed a lot of the boys, no, make that just about all of the boys, scratching in one way or another, either wriggling against the backs of chairs, rubbing legs and feet on table legs, scooting in their chairs or just outright scratching with exhasperated expressions on their faces. Come to think of it, the boys in class had been like that, too. Something was obviously up, especially since it was just the boys.

Finally spying an empty spot, she slid into the chair and with a quick "Good food, good meat," muttered under her breath, she dug in, eyes casually flitting around, trying to figure out just what exactly was up.

Re: G Building

"History is so lame. Why don't they replace it with a class on the Future?"
Grace asks. The cafeteria woman doesn't answer, just raising an eyebrow and tapping her ladle on one of the trays. "Oh sorry, ehm, I'll have... crap they've already snatched up most of the best stuff... er, this n' that some o those please. Thanksie. Oh wait milkshake! K, done."

Grace picks up her tray and steps aside before the woman could give her any more exasperated looks. Seeing how the cafeteria was pretty packed she glanced about and pondered which table to crash. 'Hey there's still a place at the millionaires club.'

"Hello people, room for me?" Grace says sitting down anyway. "I'm glad I came here right away, at this rate I don't think there's gonna be much food left for the late comers. The kitchen looked pretty hectic." She says with a clearly amused expression.

"Nope, nothing yet. I did try looking for Matt, but he's been suspiciously inactive around the campus." Art explains, one hand filling his face with food, the other scratching him all over.

"Yeah, there's plenty of room left over here," Art says casually to Grace, ignoring the fact that he's currently scratching himself. "Classes treating you two alright?"

Re: G Building

"They threw me into Geometry for the first class. It was fairly easy. Biology was a breeze, but History was dreadful." Leo says plainly as he takes another chunk of meat and starts chewing on it "And whatever caused this is really pissing me off." he says, suddenly slamming his book down and using that hand to begin scratching his other arm "Dammit all. They better find out who did this."

Re: G Building

"Oh god, tell me about it. I get the most detentions from History. Either from falling asleep or just ditching the class entirely." Art says, though he doesn't sound too bad about missing classes. "And the itching itself isn't all that bad once you get used to it, its the locations themselves. Especially in public." It sounds as if Art is resisting the urge to itch in more 'private' locations.

Re: G Building

After grabbing a plate of foodstuff- a little of everything, due to her unfamiliarity- Trix quickly moved over to one of the still-empty tables, setting it down before quickly scarfing through several items on the menu. In the back of her mind, she wondered if a little too much food that was available here may be a bad idea to munch indiscriminantly, but she'd debate that later, when she isn't stuffing her face.

"History is indeed boring." Leo says, looking over at Grace and chuckling "You're lucky. You weren't exposed to whatever it was we were. Dammit, this itch is annoying!" he says to Grace, before slightly raising his voice and using his left hand to scratch what little of his back he could reach "Richest family in Italy, and I can't even find a backscratcher. Great."

Re: G Building

Ian wanders in to the cafeteria, doing his best to attempt a little mind over matter on the itch situation in more ways than one. He is, firstly, trying to ignore the annoyance, hoping that will help. Then, anywhere he can't reach, or where might possibly be inappropriate, he's putting a bit of a tax on his telekinesis to subtly use his uniform to scratch against his skin. Having been practicing that all day, he's starting to get quite the headache and the cacophany in the dining hall really wasn't helping that.

Ordering whatever happened to look good at the moment, he filled his tray, got two glasses of water and a nice surprise at the till. Pinching his eyes shut, he shook his head.

"Ah can't do this," he muttered to himself, heading for the doors. Hopefully the courtyard would offer a bit of respite from the noise and the pounding in his head.

Re: G Building

Getting a little too lost in his music he starts to sing the lyrics aloud a bit.

"Lost in a dream, finally it seems~. Emptiness and everlasting madness~. See the sadness grow, watching as we know~, Long before our journey for the world~. Call for us..." He stopped when he noticing he was singing aloud himself. He took a quick glance around and saw almost no one about him having taken notice at all. Maybe he just not very noticeable... unlike his last school. He also noticed he seemed to have moved as well. Now taking note he had moved he looks to see he had moved closer to the girl from before. Her back was facing him but he would at least make out had long black hair and was wearing some type of beanie. She was carrying what might have been a sketchbook or something the like.

Most be some type of artist... Jackson thought. Best not to bother her... Seems like she wants to be alone.

There wore still two or three table between the Jackson and the girl. Jack went back to his music but didn't get as lost in it as he had before. He didn't want to make himself seem a fool on the first day at least.

"I may have something you could use," Art says as he lifts his bag onto his lap and rummages around in it for a moment. He then pulls out a length of metal. "Here, use this. Though don't be too rough or it'll break and crumble."

"That's something we all have in common then. History bores me too. I was about to ask about what's got everybody scratching, but you don't actually know yet huh? Looks iritating. Not contagious I hope." Graces says with a small sly smile. "Hmm, what do you normally carry that around for?"

"Nope, I dont think it's contagious. At least, all the people I've been around haven't started scratching." Art puts his bag back down. "And that...it's an old rule that I keep." Art's explanation, though lacking in any suspicion in his tone may still seem odd to Grace.

Leo accepts the metal rod as a makeshift backscratcher, and begins to sigh as he slowly scratches his back, savoring the relief and smiling "Thank you. This itch is unbearably annoying. We Italians aren't made to endure torture. At least, not from my part of Italy."

Suzy, having acquired a meal from the cafeteria, wanders absent-mindedly over to a conveniently empty space, before settling down to eat, not really paying much attention to what she is eating, while her gaze wanders over the other people in the building with mild interest. Since she isn't really ignoring everyone, anyone might see her sitting alone and glum-looking in her little space.

"Holy shit, your country must be dangerous," Art half-jokingly says in response to Leo's comment. "Well, thats me full for now, I'll see you all later on." Art gets up and turns around, at which point he spots Trixie, a smile then spreads across his face.

"Hey, Trix'," Art says to her as he stopp by her table. "How did your classes go?" He sits down next to her and tries to push back the need to itch. If anyone was looking at him they'd definately see a change in his manner, as if she was privvy to something they didn't know.

A smile crosses Trixie's face as Art sits down. "I dunno, just feel like math ain't a strong point, it was the introductory class and I'm STILL lost from all the numbers!" A hand roves through hair, at least still looking human.

"Less dangerous than America." Leo comments, horking down his last piece of meat and covering his mouth in preparation for a belch, the hand not doing much to muffle the sound. He would then stand up and grasp his book, using his free hand to once again resume scratching his left arm, seemingly enthralled in the book.

Re: G Building

As the short amount of time when it it seemed like more and more people came in cafeteria leaving less and less space. Most of them seemed like they wanted nothing more then piss Jack off it seemed He moved a few times leading only to a new grope appearing from out of sight and only causing him to move again. This pattern when on for at least three tables. The only table left with an open sit was the one that the girl was siting at. At least not full of idiots or people he didn't know.

Just my luck... I guess getting to meet someone who seems not like an idiot wont be so back. Jacson thinks to himself

He walks over to the girl taking out the right ear bulb. The left still played the music. Once he was within arms reach of a sit of the girls left he speaks up.

"You don't mind if I sit here.... do you?" He asks being careful to not speak in a monotone he was known to speak in from time to time.
