"www.dlsite.com/maniax" vs. "dlsite.com/maniax" redirecting to "www.nijiyome.jp"?

Just something I noticed today.
I wonder if anyone else has noticed this. And if anyone knows if the non-www version of "DLsite" is a scam website?

Domain name is registered under Eisys Inc., the company who runs DLsite. Looks safe, I think?

IIRC Nijiyome (lit. "2D Waifu") is for online 'social' games (usually with a 'fremium' business model), like those you find on DMM. The redirect is weird though; it's not happening on my end.

It's stopped about 2 days ago for me, as well. It was probably a DNS issue.

It happened once to me as well. Thought it was a hard sell for their gacha game, though there's a link that can you click to go back to the normal dlsite.
