Having my father laugh out loud while reading the book I got him for Christmas. The last few months were rough for the two of us, so it's nice to know that something I did made him laugh like it did.

My boyfriend is getting a week off next week, and then he'll be working at my school which is right up the road starting the NEXT WEEK. And next week is the start of the new Semester which means Mondays and Thursdays I'll be riding with him on the motorcycle and he cam come home for lunch and OHMYGOD I'M SO HAPPY.

And I got my birthday present today. Make no nevermind that my birthday is in September. Sounds like January. If you squint. And cross your eyes. Maybe stick out your tongue.
Anyway, my ST had a friend do thirteen colored chibi sketches of the characters from our Geist game. Pretty much all of the NPCs from the first campaign done up in adorably cute form. Even my charrie's boss, who looks like Willie Nelson. Now I have a Willie Nelson chibi *laughs*
And quite possibly next week, I get Christmas presents! Vwee!

I wake up and turn on the news to discover significant lolz. Some teachers at a local school tried to tie in what the students were learning in their social studies class to some math problems and put a very offensive word problem in the students' homework. The word problem?:
"If there are 56 oranges on a tree, and 8 slaves pick an equal amount of oranges, how many oranges did each slave pick?"
The result?:
Parents are furious, and the NAACP are trying to get those teachers fired. I laugh at those teachers' stupidity. Hahah. I think I might do a twirl~.
