Complete save file attached... the first OFF/ON option in the menu enables increased damage and the second OFF/ON option allows you to access the level select screen. Hope everyone gets a chance to play the game soon! xP

You can unlock the bonus boss, the giant armored one. With a new G.O. scene and picture. Also you can get a "good end" if you win, and then beat the last boss. You also do get a CG with this... but the good ending CG isnt anything special, just two girls hugging.

Do you find the blonde girl dead somewhere or something if you don't rescue her?

After beating the game, you get level select minus the b parts if you haven't taken the alternate path. After getting the good ending, you get superpowers. Also, there's some japanese selection thing I don't understand.

If you mean in the main menu:
The 1st one is the area selector
The 2nd is the number of lives/retry you start with
The 3rd are the blue gems you start with.
The 4th not yet sure, but you can select from 2 possibile names, Charlottes (シャルロッテ) or Charlotte+Constance (シャルロッテ+コンスタンシェ).
The 5th sounds like Duelist mode, didn't try yet.
The 6th make you start in a Warp Portal Room, from there you can go in every levels/sub-levels.
