Besides the extra level and boss the main heroine will have a new voice actress.
Old levels will get a redesign.
Old game over screens will be redone and new game overs will be added.
Level select and gallery will be added.

I know there's more but i can't quite remember but i'm sure you can find some notes on the blog.

He just updated his blog and a loose google translation says it should be expected to fully release on DLsite the day after tomorrow. Also he will only be supporting patches and updates through DLsite, and is making a limited 200 run release via Cd-ROM. l

Lots of people are eagerly awaiting the release of this game that's for sure since his old one was very good and he took some more time to work on this it means it should be way more fun.

So he still plans to continue patching the game.
I hope that means we'll be getting more stages, enemies and characters

New update saying that they're only waiting for DLsite to put it on sale. Tomorrow will most likely be the actual release date.

From the looks of the demo, I highly doubt.

The game was "Completed", Now he is polishing it with more voice samples, and more GO CGs.

I got this from google translate so it might be 100% accurate.
It said on his twitter a few days ago that he found some bugs in the game so he delayed the release. If you checked his most recent post it says the 15th. So probably by tomorrow the game will be released. Although I don't know how it will be before a downloadable copy for us is available. I would buy it if it were on the english DLsite.

From what i know it takes a while (about a day) to DLsite to have game ready to download after author/developer sends it to them (but i may be wrong). And i agree if "UnHolY SaNctuaRy" were on english DLsite i would buy it as soon as i can. It was great game before and i can't wait to see how "new" full version will look like ;)

I should probably buy this considering that along with Nightmare Sphere, this game made me take a shot at trying to make an H-game in the first place.

I actually have a reliable link that you can keep watch of, given how it is my source of many ninja-style downloads I have never even thought was possible for me to attain. But it is blog style, and the list of H-games don't care 'bout no laws. It has all possible H-games. You may PM me for a link, as the download to the game might end up there before it is possibly linked here. (I literally got Kariyume the moment the first post was made about it being out.)
