Well 1.06 version has the new CG which is good, but another artist again ? Her face keep changing. And apparently there is an error that will be resolved in 1.07 "cat thumbnail". I don't know if it has anything to do with the load save error.

p.s. nevermind, i just found a solution. i just needed to open a files in save folder with note and change a number value to 0

In this case, it's most likely either a problem with japanese local setting (which must not be set on your computer. Try switching the unicode to Japanese in regional setting and language) - or use an emulating tool.
Or you're missing a plug-in / oudated driver & codec.

I've tried running under the emulating tool and it didn't work,what kinda plug-in or codec should I install?

If you are, disable one. Also, the game isn't the most stable on Windows 10 Pro x64.
