Ah, you'll need the telescope from one of the other bounties as well.
If it's the maid cafe bounty you have to finish the job and talk to the blonde maid (I think her name is Stacy?) when they've all gathered for their salary. She'll tell you she's being stalked and asks you to head to her house in the ninth district to help her during the day. Search the only window in her house and when they ask you to prepare for the battle equip the rifle as that's the only weapon that can hit him.

In the labyrinth, I found the guy but he keeps running away, how do you get him? Also I see that guy on the roof but how do I go up there because I already have the rifle equipped.

For the guy in the fake pub, you have to cover up the exit using the box below the exit. Then the next time the guy runs away he'll be stuck in the green area. For the blue guy, Moobear mentioned it 2 posts above.

6,5,4 <<< The districts as they appear, you can buy a map from one of the general stores for 500, it's the piece of paper. You start in district 1

Boss 1, red bandana: West of start, district 2 houses during the day.
Boss 2, Fat guy: West of there, district 3, use A to jump while moving, wait til night, then attack the bandit who is not moving near the center at the trees, leap over them and find him sleeping through the hole in the building.
Boss 3, Red Bandana 2: Wanders around district 7 at night.
Boss 4, Gogglesbeard: District 9, enter the pub, traverse the maze, talk to him then go west from where you talked to him and down the ladder, when outside take the next ladder down, you find he has escaped using his tunnel, push the box just below the grate up over the grate then repeat; He will be stranded outside down the first ladder.
Boss 5, Bluemohawk: Get maid outfit, go to District 4 during noon and work as a maid via talking to the girl at the front entrance, then going in the side entrance and talk to the manager, enter the big dining room. After talk to the southern row of girls, the one to the far left feels like she is being stalked, go straight to her house in district 9 near to the metal fencing and wait until morning, she will now be home from work and u can enter, talk to her then hug the southern wall to investigate the window and snipe blue guy down.
Boss 6, 1st yellowpants: Go to the church in the early morning, no fight if wearing nun outfit.
Boss 7, 2nd yellowpants: District 8 wandering around at night, but may take a few nights wait to find him, also no fight if wearing nun outfit.
Boss 8, Demglasses: Go to district 6 ruins, in the northeast quarter of this district is a ladder going down into an underground maze, keep going til u find a bandit standing still whom you can talk to, beat him then beat boss by shooting first.
Boss 9, Oldman Pink: Have the bunny outfit sold by one of the general stores, get a casino pass by paying 3 million to the homeless man wandering around in district 9 (I moneyhacked with artmoney, not hard, value u want is double your money +1) enter the casino. Equip the bunny outfit and go through the northwest door for a simple fight.
Boss 10, Payday Pink: Also in the casino, exactly the same as boss 8, but go down southeast through the shooting range while wearing the bunny outfit, the clerk will think you are an employee and ask you to cover for her while she goes on a break. Keep heading down and fight the 3 henchmen to unlock the doors to final boss. CAUTION HARD FIGHT- guy has lots of health, armor, and damage, bring MANY healing items.

I don't think time matters for this one, at least from what I experienced.
It's not during night, it's evening.
This one is off enough to have some trouble. Go to the pub in the first district at night. I don't know whether or not you need to be wearing the maid outfit at this point. Talk to the guy at the top and he will offer you a job as a maid. Next day during afternoon go to the maid cafe in the 4th district through the left entrance, talk to the manager, and then do the event. Talk to Karen (girl with blonde pigtails) twice and offer to go to her house. During the next day in the morning go to her house (furthest north house in 9th district) and check the south window. You will require a telescope and the rifle obtained from other bosses. If you try shooting with something else it won't get enough distance. Also to note this is the only guy who won't rape you since you don't directly fight him.
This is overall correct, but like someone else mentioned, you can just go to the 2nd floor of the host club (open at night) and jump over some guys and check the closet for a free pass. It is also recommended to switch your outfit and equipment when you get past the counter or else you may have a hard time. Another thing is that money is super easy to get by playing poker and resetting if you screw up. Hacking isn't needed at all. You can get the best equipment this way as well as a ton of money when switching your coins back into money (I maxed out to 99999999)
After trading in all the coins for all the items at the casino plus the launcher Skill ("Talk" To statue in 1st district and break it to obtain), this guy is a joke. The most you'll need is 2 full heals.

There seems to be a job with the guy who sells property when you are apparently super poor or something. I have no idea if it's possible to work for him without losing all my money, including bank money.

Important!!!
There is a serious error in the game.
If you load the item vür the key you are allowed to have it close by just 1 per day x number of times to speak because of the tee sex sons event is the cup xmal at 2 and there but the event will not boot.
even if one waits until the run time from the bug bleipt exist.
