Don't know if option stays, especially if you don't have an account. If you do have an account, you can set it in the account settings. Account is free up to 50 GB.
Hum, notice that bandwidth is limited to 10 GB per ???. Guess that means that once 10 GB downloaded from your account (in a day maybe) files are restricted or throttled. Does say that it is a dynamic limit and more bandwidth will be assigned after 30 minutes.
That could explain a lot. Most games are 500-700 GB. 15-20 people downloading on first day linked will impose the bandwidth limitation.
BTW: Another benefit of having an account is that you can send a file to your cloud from someone's link. Then you can download from your cloud at your leisure. Works great for me as I'm on satellite and get unmetered bandwidth in the wee hours.
If downloading from a direct link, you won't see an option for the settings. If downloading from a folder, you will see a gear shaped icon in lower right corner. Click that to show settings and option to disable SSL is the last one....

It would also be a good idea if those persons who do partials for games to post here to say hi, or if someone already knows who they are to post their user names. We can say thanks to them that way and communicate with them.
